This villa has a pleasant living space on two floors. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary facilities, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction and gas hobs, a coffee maker with "Dolce Gusto", a kettle and dinner at a table that can accommodate up to 6 people. Holding a laundry room with an American refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an umbrella bed, a high chair... On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with double bed 160, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with double bed in 140, a bedroom with two single beds in 80, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each room has reversible air conditioning. The toilets are separated at each level. Have fun with a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite channels (one in living room and one in the kitchen), a hi-fi channel, and internet access. Swimming pool dimensions: 11m x 7.20m, depth: 1m60 to 2m20Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price.
