A Special Lake Experience for our family.

What a beautiful home and lake view. We were happy just sitting on the deck bbqing and watching the kids play and boaters pass by. We kayaked, paddle boarded and swam everyday. Enjoyed our bikes in this cute community. The only thing missing was a boat but it was still a wonderful time and the best part for us was that it is just an hour from orange county - felt like we were at a cabin. Great family memories of the water, meals and playing games. Owner was very helpful and everything is as it says online. The house was lovely and the kitchen large and open to the beautiful view.

Great place, great location, great time, great owner!

We discovered Canyon Lake for the 1st time this summer when friends/neighbors invited us. It's only an hour away from our home in Seal Beach but we had never heard of it. We liked it so much that we decided that we would like to buy a vacation home here so we looked at renting but the minimum rental time allowed by the POA is 30 days so we decided to rent for the entire month of November and spend Thanksgiving here. We had friends and family come and go and we had a fabulous time! Matt was great to deal with and very attentive. We loved being near the park (horse shoes, etc...) We were able to enjoy both restaurants. We enjoyed the Pickle ball courts. We really enjoyed wine tasting in nearby Temecula. The kitchen was well stocked so we did ALOT of cooking. It also was nice to be an hour from home so my husband brought things as we needed them. You will want to plan on going to the grocery store and buying what may be needed right away. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry soap, etc....The bar was great too! The outdoor patio upstairs is great and all of our "kids" really enjoyed the "play room" downstairs as well. Schönes landestypisches Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten und Gemeinschaftspool

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt braucht. Es eignet sich gut für 2 Familien, da es zwei separate Schlafbereiche mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad hat. Zudem gibt es vor dem Haus eine Außendusche. Der großzügige Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche bietet ebenfalls genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Der Garten ist perfekt gepflegt und mit Liegen und einer überdachten Terrasse mit Gasgrill ausgestattet. Den Gemeinschaftspool erreicht man durch einen kleinen Weg vom Garten aus. Der Pool ist durch einen Zaun und ein Tor kindersicher gemacht. Perfekt! Am Pool gibt es genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme und auch hier ist alles in einem einwandfreien und sehr gepflegten Zustand! Die Gärten der Wohneinheiten sind so angelegt, dass man von seinen Nachbarn nichts mitbekommt. Tagsüber hört man ein kleines bisschen die angrenzende Straße, aber ansonsten ist es absolut ruhig. Den Strand von Cala Rossa erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Anlage. Ansonsten gibt es im Umkreis von ca. 30 min Autofahrt viele andere tolle Strände :-) Ein Kiosk mit Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen (Gehwege gibt es auf Korsika allerdings nicht). Der nächste größere Supermarkt in etwa 5min mit dem Auto. Fazit: für uns war es das perfekte Ferienhaus! Die Beschreibung und Fotos auf FeWo entsprechen absolut der Realität. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder :-)

Bungalow- und Villenanlage in Strandnähe

Sehr gepflegte, umzäunte Anlage mit ca. zwei Dutzend Bungalows und Villen sowie einem Hotel in Gehentfernung zum Strand; das Zugangstor stand leider tagsüber regelmäßig offen. Zwischen der Anlage und dem Strand liegt ein Brackwasser- bzw. Sumpfgebiet, was leider auch an (moderaten) Nachschub von Stechmücken sorgt. Die vermietete Villa ist modern geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte, inkl. einigen Lebensmitteln zur Ankunft. Den Pool teilt man sich mehreren anderen Gästefamilien. Die Verwaltung ist für Fragen und Wünsche jederzeit offen und zur Lösung von Problemen sofort bereit.

Magnifique villa, spacieuse, climatisée, tout proche de la piscine (quelques mètres), calme, bonne literie, bien équipée, jardin magnifique. Les murs mitoyens sont un peu fin du coup on entend les gens rentrer tard qui parlent fort et claquent les portes. Mais ça ne dure pas. A relouer :-)

Nice villa in a gated community

Very nice villa with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay. The owner is very nice and easy to reach if you need anything. The only thing you need to bring are your towels (bath & beach). The owner can sell you bath towels for 8 euros per person. You can buy beach towels nearby. The beds are comfortable, the villa is super clean and spacious. It has a caribbean feel to it. Not very luxurious but super comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and it has a pool for 4 villas.

Lovely stay

Lovely property 2 min drive from beach. Beautiful private garden and quiet shared pool. Lots of beaches & restaurants close by. 10 mins from Porto Vecchio, lovely old town full of small old streets & countless eateries, ranging from cheap to very expensive, so something for everyone. Apart from vegans perhaps!!:-)

gute Lage , schöner Strand in der Nähe

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eigentlich ganz nett. Schön fand ich die Strandnähe, man konnte z.Bsp morgens am Strand joggen und der Strand war auch wunderschön.Wir haben jedoch dort sehr schlecht geschlafen, ich weiss nicht,ob es an der Mobilfunkantenne lag, welche direkt am Haus angebracht ist....Das Doppelbett ist nicht so gross und es gibt dünne Laken. Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, würde es aber nicht nochmal buchen, wir waren vorher in einem anderem , viel einfacherem Haus haben dort aber im Vergleich viel, viel besser geschlafen

Résidence tres sympa,spacieuse, moderne, bien entretenue, bien équipée. Prestations complètes et en prime une delicate attention à l'arrivée tardive sous la forme d'un panier garni pour faire face au premier repas. L'agencement des groupes de locations est astucieux pour avoir un maximum de calme, pour avoir des petits jardins tres mignons en optimisant la place et en rendant collectif le patio d'entrée. Là encore jardins bien entretenus. Juste un bémol : dans la salle de bain avec douche un pare douche vitré pourrait éviter de mouiller trop au large On y retournera avec plaisir

Un petit paradis

Magnifique endroit , villa très agréable totalement équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, air conditionné dans toutes les pièces, alarme, douche extérieure pour vos retours de plage…), jardin parfaitement isolé des voisins et possibilité d’utiliser la plancha mise à disposition et de prendre vos repas sur la terrasse , Adorable piscine commune pour plusieurs villas (jamais bondée du fait de la proximité des plages) proche de la plage de cala rossa(500/600 mètres de marche), proche de tout (Porto Vecchio, les autres plages, la montagne, Bonifacio…) moyennant une voiture(parking privé style carport couvert). Accueil et disponibilité de Lisa et de Monsieur Reynaud que nous tenons à remercier pour ce superbe séjour. En résumé, endroit à conseiller vivement.

Gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Das Haus ist gepflegt und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. In jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage (Splitgerät). Brauch man auch 🙂. Schöner kleiner Garten. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist auch groß genug. Auch alles sehr geplegt. Ein Carport ist für jede Partei vorhanden - auch gut. Das Haus ist mit einer Alarm Anlage gesichert. Zum nächsten schönen Strand sind es 10 Min. zu Fuß. 8 Min. zu Fuß zum Bäcker. Also alles gut. Das hat dann aber auch seinen Preis. Es ist aber eben auch Korsika und das ist eine tolle Insel.

Vacation right at your fingertips!

My family and I could not have been happier with this property while we stayed during a relocation. The owners were extremely responsive and the property was well maintained and ideally located. We will definitely use this property again!
