This beautiful home is a peaceful paradise. The minute you walk in you feel the stress and tension wash away! This house is steps to the intracoastal, with peeks from the front and side decks! This property has a fenced-in yard for the safety of your dog!
The side deck has string lights, a grill, and outdoor seating! The yard is newly pavered with stone to make even more great outdoor space including a great new fire pit with Adirondack chairs. It offers a beach wagon, beach chairs, boards, kayaks and a tandem bicycle…so much fun!!!

Ms. Nancy was super communicative, and her home was so incredibly accommodating! We LOVED the outdoor space - the fire pit was used every night, our dog loved to lay on the front deck, and our children enjoyed playing around on the patio. There was plenty of space for our family plus my in-laws, and we were so appreciative of how well-stocked the kitchen was. It was a huge help to have beach towels, toys, etc. there at the house! The walk to the beach was easy - we went over 2-3x's a day, and enjoyed the quiet, surrounding neighborhood. It was convenient to get into town and to Publix. We can't wait to come back to make use of all the things we didn't have a chance to get into this visit - the bike, the kayaks, all the games and puzzles!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our family of 8. The house was in a safe area. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. A brief walk to either the inter coastal or the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

This property was perfect. I wish we could’ve stayed long, two nights is definitely not enough ( We were in town for a wedding). Fully stocked kitchen was helpful, I cooked two full meals and found everything I needed. Evening sunset just a block away, the fire pit was nice to hang out after dinner. My daughter walked the granddaughter a few blocks to the beach. Everything was clean and we felt safe, Thank you Nancy , our host, she was available if needed.

This property is BEAUTIFUL and in a very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. This is not a "party" type prooerty, it is definitely for families! There is a huge, wonderful walk in shower for anyone that has mobility issues. It was a great place for family to stay a while. The beach is a 4 block walk so no need to pack the car and find a place to park!! It is close enough to all the sights and shopping without being IN the city! 100% recommend?N

We had kids of all ages and adults and everyone loved this property! The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a lovely riverfront restaurant within really close driving distance. The gated in yard was perfect for the young kids to be able to play themselves and had the BEST time running around and catching lizards. The beach access is located directly at the end of the street but the walk was a bit too long for us with younger kids. The host was super gracious with their time and we couldn't have had a better stay!

We stayed here because it was dog friendly and the owner supplied everything we needed for a day at the beach which was a huge help!! Can walk or drive to nearby beaches and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Very happy with our stay

Bittersweet - Goodbye to Mom

My family have vacationed in St. Augustine each year in July for my mother's birthday. She passed in June and we decided that we would celebrate her life by spreading her ashes at the beach she loved. We hired a charter boat not more than 10 minutes from Vilano Beach Healing. The day was perfect with clear blue skies and calm ocean. The Vilano Beach healing is as described. Quite, peacefully and the home was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We will be back.

Great house - perfect layout for families and plenty of room for quality time spent together. The house was well-stocked and had everything we could have needed or wanted inside, outside, and on the beach. Love the convenience of rinse-off station near the door. The owners are so hospitable both to humans and our pup! Location - we love staying in this part of Vilano due to proximity of 2 public boat ramps. We are kayak fishermen, and it was also super easy to park and store our kayak trailer in the driveway. We never mind the short walk to the beach and honestly love walking the neighborhood because Vilano has always been artsy in the way people landscape/add art to their yards. Aunt Kate’s (our favorite) is within walking distance and Beaches (our next favorite) is nearby. Kyle’s seafood market for home cooking, St. Augustine Paddle Sports for all things fishing, and the 4 of us had a great time boat fishing with Brian Walker Charters. Look up Cape Canaveral’s launch schedule as watching from the beach is a fun experience!

Beautiful Vilano Beach Intercostal House

This house was fabulous. The outdoor area and fire pit were beautiful and a wonderful way to spend our vacation evenings. We loved the short walk to the intercostal and my family enjoyed kayaking and fishing there. The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay and Nancy was amazing at responding to any questions. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch and the large fenced in patio was perfect for our little dog. We had a wonderful two week stay and are looking forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful home steps to the beach

This home is beautiful and very clean with everything you could possibly need. We were visiting to attend a four day concert and this home was the perfect place to return to after our long days in the Daytona sun. The beach is a short walk away and absolutely beautiful. Nancy was very responsive and accommodating. Would love to visit again for an oppurtunity to utilize the beautiful yard space and kayaks.

So welcoming!

Cute neighborhood, very calm and peaceful. Love the amenities - lots of beach towels, extras in cabinets. My son loved the stuffed animals, books, games. You won’t be bored here! She has thought of everything! Will def share this listing with friends. Parking at beach is free and was not difficult in weekdays in March. Best sand ever.
