Duplex apartment of 72 m² in a wooden chalet for 8 people, ideally located 10 minutes walk from the city center of Briançon and 2 minutes by car from the Prorel ski lift to access the resort of SERRE-CHEVALIER. It is composed on the first floor of a laundry area at the entrance of the apartment, a living room (living room/dining room/equipped kitchen) which opens onto a covered wooden terrace with panoramic views of the mountain, the old town of Briançon and the historic forts of the architect Vauban, a mountain area with bunk bed, a shower room/WC and a second WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with balcony) and a small bathroom (shower).
A garden for private use and two outdoor parking spaces complete the accommodation.
You can also walk to a ski slope (700 metres away).
The accommodations are located in a quiet area. The street is only accessible to local residents. It is mandatory to equip your vehicle with winter tyres or to have snow chains or socks from 1 November to 31 March in this mountainous area.
The apartment is located between two massifs: the Parc des Ecrins and the Queyras Natural Park. It is located 20 minutes from the first Italian village. The apartment is unfortunately not accessible to people with disabilities.
