This neatly decorated 38 sq. m apartment, on the 1st floor (without elevator), includes:

-a bedroom with a double bed,
-a bathroom with a shower,
-a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, dish washer, fridge, freezer),
-TV, WiFi, fan,
-vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment.

Please bear in mind that this very central and busy location can cause a noise nuisance, especially during the summer months.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.
