The terrace and outdoor areas are all at ground level, with direct access to a small park shaded by pine trees: views of the LAKE and the AIGUILLES DE CHABRIERES. Just 20 meters away, a GR trail leads to Pic de Morgon, the center of Savines, and its beaches.
The apartment is close to shops (bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, gas station…) and the new medical center (general practitioners, nursing practice, physical therapist, osteopath). It consists of:
• A living area with a comfortable “Rapido”-style Diva sofa bed (folds up quickly and easily, with a 15 cm Dunlopillo mattress) opening onto the private, paved, and shaded terrace, complete with a table, patio furniture, a parasol, and a view of the lake.
• A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need for your stay.
• A loft area with two single-size bunk beds (duvets and linens provided).
• A bathroom with a shower and toilet, equipped with a towel warmer and a hair dryer.
