In a dominant position on the heights of Bormes les Mimosas, Villa “La Lavandière” is settled on landscaped grounds of 1900 m2, typically Mediterranean. This villa is truly ideal for enjoying, without a doubt, the most beautiful beaches of the Var and the French Riviera.
Resolutely facing south, the rooms & spaces of this villa opens onto two large terraces spread over two different floors, offering each a stunning panoramic view of the hills and the SEA. Only at 3 minutes by car from the center or just 20 minutes’walk from one of the most beautiful villages in France called “Bormes les mimosas” , 15 minutes from numerous wine estates and the beautiful Wine Route…. This villa is extremely well located for a great vacation with friends or family. For SEA lovers, the most beautiful beaches of the Var are 5-10 minutes max away by car. All shops are less than 2 km away such as le Lavandou center and its boutiques or the Provençal markets .
On the first level of the house , you will discover a large dining room of 30 m2, a large living room & equipped kitchen of 30m², opening onto a very big terrace with a terrific view of mountains and side SEA view.
As far as sleepings are concerned on this floor , you will find a master suite with double bed , a bathroom , douche & a toilet. There is also a2nd room of 30m², for 4 people (2 single beds and a bunk bed) . Both rooms are climatized.
On the lower level, you have direct access to the swimming pool (heated outside the summer season for an additional fee, on request) and which has an infinity SEA view, breathtaking!
On this level you will find : two climatized master suites both with direct access to the pool, as well as well as two additional bedrooms (including one for 2-3 children with bunk beds . A second kitchen with opening on the swimming pool completes this area.
In total, the house can accommodate up to 15 sleepings but it is possible to accommodate up to 19 sleepings people by reserving the T2 which is optional. This T2 is on the ground floor , independent apartment of +-30 m2 (which can accommodate 4 people, 1 double bed + sofa bed for 2 small children).
We only rent our house to families or groups of friends with children (or not) but we ask for a minimum of 2 adults over 35 years old. Parties with noise pollution are not accepted .
