Very nice stay

The property was great! Awesome views and easy to get to the beach. Loved the balcony and condo. We did have the get a new code for the door as it wouldn’t work at first but the service was quick. Will be back!

Enclosed Patio

We have stayed in this building before but in a different unit. We really enjoyed the enclosed patio as it extended the living space. The ease of getting to the beach and proximity are also a plus. Having the beach service with two chairs and the umbrella were an added bonus.

Had difficut with gps, did not take us to correct location. Called office 2 times, on second attempt, a gentleman helped us, stayed on phone until we found location. We were at the location, checked in with gste, got pass and was directed to correct tower, but, there were no instruction o. How to find cobd9. The condo number started with a "2", but not located on 2nd floor. We had to ask a couple who were in tower, tgey explained to us, how to find condi. I just feel that there could have neen more communication about how to locate the condo.

Wonderful week with our kids and Grandchildren. We all hated to leave!

Very nice! Loved the washer and dryer especially having the grandkids. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Lived the view and balcony sitting area. We have nothing bad to say! Thank you!

Beautiful View

Loved looking at the beach from there and sitting on the beach in the complementary chairs and umbrella! Also enjoyed using the gym there. So thrilled that there were so many great places to eat and shop really close! The washer and dryer were so easy to use! Nice inside, but it could use some updating of the living room furniture and the double beds were really soft. The king bed was really nice!

Awesome beach stay

We had never been to Destin before and this place was perfect for us. We were hosting an Austrian and before she left the states a trip to the beach was planned. This unit is in a perfect location. The beach is right outside the door!! Also they have a wonderful, which we had to ourselves for a large part of the day. The unit is clean, but if you plan on coookinh you will need all the oils and spices. I would definitely stay there again. Oh and a super fast elevator!!

Very Nice Condo

Great view of the gulf and great location. Plenty of space for my sisters and me for a nice, relaxing vacation. The beach access is good for even handicapped persons and the Pool was really great. Communication with the property manager was clear and concise with no issues upon arrival or departure. A few specific requests: the oven did not preheat (maybe it was us - operator error?) and the mattresses in the guest room should probably be replaced shortly. All-in-all - we would totally stay here again!

Great getaway!

Check-in was super easy! Condo was clean but had a strong odor of fish/shrimp. I'm guessing the previous guests cooked it daily. Everything you need for a short stay in Destin. Right on the beach and across the street from major restaurants and stores. We've stayed in different units in Shoreline Towers and have been VERY happy every time! If you are thinking about staying here....just do it! Secure, clean, family friendly, and convenient. It's what a condo is supposed to be!

Condo was very roomy and fit our family of 6 perfect! Construction was not a major problem. Only downfall was the balcony was not available (which we knew when we booked). Also there were no cleaning supplies available. We cleaned up the best we could without it. All in all we could not have asked for anything better!

I did not know that my balcony could not be used. They said it was it the fine print but I never saw that. We use our balcony all the time and I was not happy that I did not have it for days.

The location and view from the unit were excellent! Overall, we would stay in this unit/property again. The unit is spacious with appropriate dining and lounge seating. The kitchen appliances are in good condition, and the cutlery is new. The living room seating was in great condition despite the TV not working properly. The rest of the furniture, decor, kitchen cookware and dinnerware are all a hodgepodge of worn combinations. The bed mattresses are gushy but not terribly uncomfortable. The bedrooms are separated by a bathroom, offering added privacy. The water pressure in the master bath is extreme and the guest bath’s is weak. We nicknamed the master bath as “the car wash” because of the strong water pressure. The restrooms seem to compete for hot water when both are in use. The front bedroom borders the outside of the unit by the elevators. However, we didn’t have a problem with the noise level. The unit does not have ANY extras in the way of supplies outside of a very basic pack. You will need to bring all the supplies you need. The bath towels were plentiful and there were lots of pillows. The unit boasts a functioning washer and dryer. Overall, the unit was tidy but could use a deep clean and TLC. While not filthy, it felt grungy. The porch offers an enclosed option. The complimentary beach service was a nice perk. The pool is located in the parking lot. We did not visit the pool nor any of the other amenity spaces the property offers. There is parking lot security.

Construction zone

The room itself was nice and clean but the building itself is a full blown construction sight with workers everywhere. It was very noisy with construction workers looking in the room while using a jack hammer on our balcony. The balconies were closed off and it was very noisy and messy outside. You had to walk under construction scaffolding to get inside the building. If you want to rest in your room during the day this is not the place to stay. It’s way too noisy to even stay in the room during the day. The location is great but the construction is horrible!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greedy renters letting you book the condo without telling you that you will be sharing it with contractors from 8-5, grinding and drilling. So loud you can't even escape on the beach. Balcony was closed the entire time. Ruined the little time I have with my family (active duty military of 20 years).

While at the property, we did have a few minor concerns/constructive feedback that we would like to share: - [ ] Major considerations: Replace living furniture as it shows major wear and tear. Kitchen appliances are nice; however, the dishes and cutlery appeared very dated. Kitchen wasn’t inviting at all. Consider adding blackout curtains to first bedroom as its windows are right near elevators. TVs were small and dated. No iron although there was an iron board. Minor changes could make this place stellar!

Beach view

It’s a great location right on the beach. Did not like having to walk clear around the building to get to the beach due to the construction. Wish we could have come thru the other side. We did not like the enclosed balcony even if you can open sliding doors. We prefer an open balcony. We have stayed in one of the other condos there before with an open one. We were also misinformed when I asked if the sofa had a sleeper bed in it. She said no, so we discouraged another friend to come. We got there & discovered it was a sleeper sofa. Then I asked if a canopy was allowed on the beach. She said yes as long it’s behind the beach service. So we tote our canopy on the plane! We get there & it has a big sign saying no canopys or tents. So we were not happy about that! We like the area, but would not rent that particular condo again.
