Brand new house for large groups for a fun weekend at Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, National parks or a week away from the world in the beautiful Lake Powell area. View of the lake with magical sunsets & scenery. 5 minutes to Wahweap marina & Lone Rock is just a few minutes down the road. Great for family's!!
Check-in is at 4 pm

For a trip to enjoy lake Powell this property is amazing. Hosts a good amount of people, is well stocked and has beautiful views. Especially enjoying the fire pit on the balcony at night.

Great place

This is an awesome place but the landscaping is not complete so there is not much area outside to enjoy other then the beautiful decks. Also no tvs in bedrooms, no closet rungs or storage organizers, no dressers in bedrooms. Main level thermostat was programmed to heat house at 1 am. We like cool sleeping…That being said… we would still recommend this property. It’s location and scenery can’t be beat!

Amazing Girl's Weekend!!!

We had the best time on this trip!!! The house is beautiful and very clean. We loved the location which is just outside of Page. Very peaceful with gorgeous sunsets!! Brian was the best!! Very responsive to any question or request that we had. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Fantastic Stay!

We had such a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday and the home was the perfect size for our group. It had everything you need which allowed us to enjoy ourselves even more. Brian was so responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process and we can't wait to come back and visit again! Thanks for everything!

Great week in Powell!

This property is perfect for a larger group. Plenty of bedrooms and enough bathrooms that there wasn’t any issues with everyone getting ready at the same time. Large living area upstairs and a nice patio/balcony to watch the amazing lightening shows that Lake Powell puts on! Highly recommend booking this property! You won’t be disappointed.

Great property

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s always very clean. Brian is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone that needs to accommodate numerous people. We will definitely be back.

Clean, well stocked, and so close to Lake Powell

We loved our time on the lake and evenings in the house. The beds were very comfortable, the carpet was plush, TV’s high quality, the bathrooms clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot (we made chili and let it simmer while we went boating). We had a family of four most of the time but added another family of 5 for two days and had plenty of room with one exception- we didn’t have enough chairs around dinning table to eat together so we brought some in from outside, which solved it. Overall we thought this house was the best option in and around Page and Lake Powell.

Beautiful home near Lake Powell

We rented this home last minute as our Lake Powell houseboat trip was altered. The home appears to be very new. There is no usable yard but that wasn't something we were looking for. There are some great porches and views. The home was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had a good array of pots, pans, appliances as we did most of our cooking in the home. We felt the cost per day was high for the area but were willing to pay as we had plans to be at the lake for the week. Overall we really enjoyed the house.
