Welcome to your Oasis. The master bedroom with its comfy King size bed has a hint of a beach theme. You will also enjoy our Sailors room that offers a Queen size bed. What is unique about both rooms, they access a private patio. This is where you can soak up the sun or relax with a good book or a refreshing beverage. The third is the Island room with its double bed bunk beds, this is just perfect and very cozy. Our living room, offers a double reclining couch to sit and watch a good movie on our 60 inch flat screen television. So take a short walk to the beach and when you return you can take a nap or relax in the outdoor pool. You now will be ready for the night life of your choice !
The Marlin is centrally located in the Grand Strand for golf and all what Myrtle Beach has to offer, North and South. The Myrtle Beach Amateur is just around the corner, so be first and enjoy the pleasures of being close to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets with soft white sands. There also many fine restaurants to choose from and close by for your dinning pleasure. We have prepared a book with all the information you will need to make your stay a memorable one. You may also decide to take advantage of our outdoor cooking area !! We Welcome you to join us.

This little cottage was just fantastic! The first thing I noticed when I opened the door was how clean it smelled and for me that was all I needed!! Everything is included here for the best beach vacation - even a cart to use to take your things to the beach. Check-in and check-out process was easy peasy. The host was readily available if we needed anything, which we didn’t, but was nice to know that they were very responsive to messages. Perfect location within walking distance to the beach! We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

We were traveling and made a last-minute plan to stay in Myrtle Beach. Reached out to Raymond and Barbara and they were more than accommodating for our overnight stay. The place was clean, perfectly appointed, comfortable, and easily accessed. We’re super appreciative of such a great find and even greater hosts.

We are happy to hear that the location of The Marlin was excellent and the house was clean. In reply of your comment to the functionality of the home, we would like to know what you would suggest that would make the home functionality better for young families. We would of liked for you to have let us know this while you were staying at The Marlin, so that we could have had the opportunity to make your stay that much more enjoyable. A lot of young families stay at the Marlin and we are always looking for ways to improve their stays.

Great location and cozy accommodations
The hosts were great and the house was perfect for out group of 5. The beach was just a short walk and everything we needed was at our house.

We are a Family of four. We are your average Family that loves the outdoors and definitely the beach. We loved to camp out at Assateague Island in Maryland, where the horses run free. The surf fishing was what the boys loved to do and the girls loved hanging at the beach. We all worked hard every day, like all that have a dream. In 2010 we came to Myrtle Beach and found our little oasis. We all loved this little quaint home as our son called it "Fun Size". Our Family volunteered a lot in our community from coaching baseball, softball, soccer, hockey, Fire Department and town activities.

We like the proximity to the beach. restaurants, and attractions. We also think The Marlin will be our future retirement home.

We like having all the living space with three bedrooms all on one floor. We like knowing that we can have an easy walk to the beach.
