Carriage House W/ Hot Tub! Near Starland Yard

Modern, stylish and efficient 'Carriage House' home with its own private front courtyard and hot tub. This home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and large screen TV making it comfortable for long stays or short vacations.

​​​​​​​Parking is either free on the street or guests may use a private off street spot behind the carriage house.

The owners live in the main house in front and there is no shared space.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Sisters Trip

The unit was perfect for our group of 3 sisters. The location was perfect as well. Close to downtown and River st. The few questions we did have were answered promptly. The jacuzzi topped it off! Would definitely stay again!

Great little house

I thought this place was great! Cute, very clean, perfect for our needs. Walking distance to some neat spots. Had everything we needed, and a very responsive host. Would absolutely stay there again!

Nice Stay

The house is super cute and clean. It was perfect for a few day getaway. The bedrooms are small but worked out well since we didn't unpack for our stay. If staying longer and you tend to unpack on vacation just know that there isn't a dresser in either bedroom. There is a small closet that would work for hanging close though. The neighborhood that you drive through to get to the house doesn't appear to be the best in the area but once we arrived we never felt unsafe. They have a deadbolt on the outside gate with code to access and then of course the house is secure. The hot tub was a nice perk.

Not too far, not too close

The location keeps you away from potential surrounding noise, which is a plus when looking for a place to relax. Unfortunately, we had to clear the property's courtyard upon arrival of Spanish moss, flying from the trees before enjoying the hot tub. Not the best after a long car trip.

Savannah cottage

House was nice, a couple of things were disappointing. The bedrooms had no place to put clothing that was to be unpacked from luggage. Had to live out of our luggage. Thought that there might have been some coffee or tea in the kitchen to use, but none there.Was a nice place to stay for a short visit.

Perfect location

Three friends in town celebrating our 60th. We found the location perfect for downtown excursions and Starland neighborhood music and dining activities in the evening. There are many dining options very walkable from the rental. We were glad not to be in the in town crowds and noise in the evenings. The hot tub was a nice relaxing experience after a day of walking the town. There is a free trolley stop not far from the rental and our Lyft rides were always under 10. The unit is compact and tidy. It worked for our 6 night stay. Keyless locks at both the gate and the unit door. We felt safe walking the neighborhood at day and night.

Excellent Property

Carriage house was neat and clean, with all the comforts of home. So much better than a hotel as you don't have to fight the tourists crowds downtown. Close to anything you want to see. Very kind property owners, though communication is with mgmnt company. Communications were responsive and accommodating. Excellent experience with mgm t comlany

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner gave very detailed instructions to where I didn’t need to bother them the whole trip. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful lodge

We loved the house and its decor. It was clean and had some excellent restaurants east of its location. Our only displeasure was in the local area. There are some very questionable elements that over 3 to 5 blocks. We love the place but we caution on your security if you get out of the house and go west. Everything was convenient in the house and the owners were very nice.

Hidden gem close to downtown

The place was adorable, very clean and well maintained. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub though. Neighborhood was a little noisy but as expected on Christmas Eve. Will be back to stay again during the summer months.

Excellent, clean home in a great location

Everything met the listing exactly. Very nice home with good space for lounging and relaxing. Parking was always open on the street just about 10 feet from the entrance. Very good communication with the property manager and only about a 5 minute drive to the downtown historic district.

Couples get away!

It was a great little private stay! The hot tub was great! The house was cozy and comfortable. The neighbor hood didn’t look very appealing at first but it was very quiet nothing out of the ordinary happening! The starland yard was a great suggestion with this listing, a very cool spot for drinks and a bite to eat. There is plenty of bars around the starland yard as well. Also you’re about two miles from downtown (River street) so that’s about - forty minute walk. Great stay would definitely stay again!!

Great place!!!

This was a cute little place to stay. Had everything that we needed. Updated and private. Hot tub was nice as well as the faux fireplace. The only draw back was it took a while for the water to heat up & the water pressure in the shower was a little low. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Well located and well appointed

Property was as advertised. Very clean, tastefully furnished, well appointed. Within 1 or 2 miles of most things you want to see and do in Savannah( riverfront, city market, historic district, downtown). I liked the neighborhood - old Victorian homes, live oaks.
