It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190), 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath for one and shower for the other, WC
- A beautiful garden of 400 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, dryer.

The house is ideally located in Surzur, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
