This farmhouse in the heart of Pagnol's Provence is ideal for a quiet family stay.
Young and old will find their happiness by enjoying the heated swimming pool, the tennis & petanque courts, the summer kitchen, the various outdoor spaces...
Everything is done so that you let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place and that you revitalize yourself.
The location of the house equidistant from Marseille, Aix en Provence, the Calanques and the beaches, is ideal for discovering the region.
For 2024, the house is evolving to provide even more comfort.
The swimming pool is heated. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays). A bubble cover has also been added to maintain the water temperature.
Fiber has been installed as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms (from March 2024).
Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, several parking spaces and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
The Lasa farmhouse offers all the comforts for up to 12 people with a very complete equipment.
Starting with leisure: heated swimming pool (11.5 m x 5.5 m, depth 1.1 m with a pit at 2.4 m), hard tennis court, petanque court, table tennis, basketball hoop, fully equipped summer kitchen, barbecue, delicately shaded outdoor dining and lounge areas, numerous deckchairs by the pool in the shade of the cherry trees.
The garden of 38 000 sq ft offers a nice playground in the middle of typical Mediterranean species such as fig trees (figs in June and August/September), pomegranate trees (pomegranates in October/November), centenary lime trees, a centenary olive tree, hackberry trees, rosemary, thyme, lavender ... with a magnificent panorama of the Garlaban and Star massifs that will delight you. This surrounding nature is also a superb playground for hiking, mountain biking and climbing (at the Grand Vallon).
The key word of the house is conviviality.
The interior of the house is not to be outdone with a large surface area and very nice volumes.
The house has 6 bedrooms (2 with a desk), 3 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms, 5 toilets. 4 bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed 160 x 200. The last two are modular on demand. We can offer 4 single beds or group them into 2 double beds. The capacity still remains 12 people. Note that one bedroom measures 8m². We do not recommend it for 2 adults but rather for children or teenagers.
On the ground floor you will find a very well equipped open kitchen and ideal for cooking good Provencal dishes for your loved ones, a beautiful dining room, a large and very pleasant living room with high ceilings and its bar. All these rooms are directly connected to the exterior and to the pool area.
On this same level, you will find an office for those who will still have to work (in moderation of course during your holidays), a bedroom with shower room and toilet, another bedroom as well as two bathrooms and three toilets.
On the upper level there are four bedrooms (one with shower room) and a shower room with toilet.
All bedrooms offer storage and quality mattresses.
This typical Provençal farmhouse is now equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms. The living rooms have not been equipped with air conditioning by choice. Indeed, the thickness of the walls and the surrounding vegetation make it possible to keep a pleasant natural temperature in these rooms on the ground floor, even in summer.
The car park can accommodate 6 cars, three of which are protected by a carport.
Want to discover the region? You are only about twelve miles from Cassis, La Ciotat, the Calanques, Marseille and eighteen miles from Aix en Provence. Everything is easily accessible and the choice of activities is varied. There is something for everyone, alone, as a couple, with family or friends: nature, culture, history, flavours, trends... One thing is for sure, you will be seduced.

For tennis, the court is available and we offer you to come with your own equipment (rackets and balls).
