This is your Sedona destination for sun, adventure, and relaxation encompassing breathtaking sights with nearby hiking and other activities. It has the ability to sleep up to six people making it your go-to getaway with family and friends. Each room has amazing views. A short walk will bring you to the Andante and Chimney Rock Trails and the Amitabha Stupa Peace Park for meditation and exploration.
Relax and take in Sedona's red rock beauty in this one-of-a-kind 3 bed 2 bath home. Enjoy the patio while taking in views in this private and well-appointed Sedona hideaway!
Welcome to this incredible home in Beautiful Sedona, Arizona.

We are located in a quiet, conveniently located in a West Sedona neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Our home is not suitable for parties.

- King Master with TV, the ensuite bath that features a large soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. AMAZING views!
-Queen bedroom with TV and more glorious views!
- Third bedroom with 2 twins and even more stunning views!
- Second bath has a shower tub combo.

- Spacious and open living space with TV and plenty of seating.

There are two separate outdoor seating areas. Please keep in mind the views are incredible from both areas.

Great location

This house is walking distance from several trails, views from the house are amazing and the house itself is lovely. Very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Great stay!

Stay in West Sedona

Fantastic views and back yard. The house was clean and well taken care of. The grounds around the house and the mountain views are phenomenal. Additionally you can walk to trailheads with some of the best hikes in Sedona.

Sedona retreat

Exceptional location and very clean home. Views from backyard were amazing. The host was very communicative and provided many amenities. This home can comfortably sleep six people. It is roomy inside and updated. The yard surrounding the home is manicured and nice. I would definitely stay there again and it is a awesome home for a Sedona retreat.

Stay here!

This house met all our needs, was clean, and beds were comfy. The best part was location—the views were stunning. The convenience of being walking distance from Thunder Mountain trail and Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park was perfect especially for evening hikes if you don’t want to get back in car to drive somewhere else. Svetlana the host had a welcome gift for us including various snacks for our hikes. If looking to book in Sedona, I highly recommend!

Perfectly Located

We have an amazing stay, perfect location with no need to go find parking for hikes. You can hike right from the house! Very well equipped and organized property. I appreciated the cleanliness of the grill which worked perfectly. The outdoor space was really nice to sit and stare at the mountains while listening to the birds in a very quiet neighborhood. Would love to come and stay again some time.

A Vacation within our Vacation

Amazing views, quiet serenity, clean , spacious, and comfortable. Svetlana is a great host. Lots of wonderful touches and extras. She really went the extra mile to help make us have a great stay. (I don't want to give away all the details as it's nice to be pleasantly surprised.) We definitively enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Awesome location; sad to leave

Wonderful well-kept home tucked up back into the neighborhood at the foot of some beautiful scenery. Coffee on the patio each morning while listening to birds and looking at the mountains and hot air balloons. Daily hiking, hiking, and more hiking on the numerous and scenic trails within short driving distances. Rounded out the week with trips to Jerome and Cottonwood and local native archeological sites. So much to do in a short driving radius. Back on the patio at night for some incredible star gazing while listening to nature. The house is a great "base of operations" for an active group, or to just lounge around and chill out. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't beat it!

To us there is no place in the world like Sedona. It is much a state of mind as a place. Where are you stay makes all the difference. One wants a peaceful place, secluded and isolated, and crowded with lots of sky but above all an amazing view of the unsurpassed beauty of the Sedona mountains. This property checks all the boxes and then some. We have been going to Sedona twice a year for approximately 15 years except during early Covid times and this was as good as anything we've had. Highly recommended for a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful place to stay

Pretty Place*

Beautiful amazing views property, impecable indoors!, Good beds, pillows & Towels...Good taste in decor...Patio, well, it needed cleaning, not set up as expected for sitting out and eating there as we did. One thing to mention, "Water pressure" in showers especially., was bad! frustrating, that was the only thing not good for us. Owner was super helpful and nice, She made it very easy to rent met all our needs, so many tips and information on hand. Thank You Svetlana.

Wonderful

This is a lovely property. The highlight has to be the view from the backyard. The home is right at the base of the mountain. It was hard to leave. Our host was very responsive and helped out on all sorts of issues. The insider perspectives outlined in the very helpful list of suggestions was much appreciated. We would love to return.

Most wonderful vacation - perfection!

My husband and I stayed at Svetlana's property as a delayed (due to Covid) birthday celebration for me. I cannot express enough how perfect this trip was due to both the home itself and the graciousness of our host. The home was immaculate and offered gorgeous views in the daytime of the surrounding red rocks and Thunder Mountain. We were a very short drive away from uptown Sedona, 5-10 minutes depending on where we planned to go. However, it was just far away enough to feel like we were in our own little world. It was so lovely to also sit outside at night and look at the stars. My husband is an enthusiastic amateur photographer and we were able to spot the North Star, Milky Way, Jupiter and the big dipper with the naked eye. Svetlana was a wonderful and generous host and a terrific communicator, who also provided tons of ideas for our stay, both through messages and a binder of info at the house. Sedona is a magical destination and our time there was way too short. We hope to return soon and we will definitely rent with Svetlana when we do.

Perfect for a Girlfriend Getaway, Especially for Working Parents!

A group of friends and I were pretty burnt out from the pandemic and wanted to plan a reunion to get together after three years of not seeing each other. We live all over the country - Pittsburgh, Chicago, SF, Detroit, DC - and flew in for a long weekend to get some much needed restorative time away from work and family. Svetlana's home fit the bill! It was well-appointed, with everything you need to cook, enjoy a coffee or tea or glass of wine on the porch, get around to great hikes and restaurants in Sedona (we rented a car), and more. It's very clean (a must!) and the beds are comfortable. With five guests, we were able to make use of the entire home but weren't left wanting for something that wasn't there (besides a vegetable peeler! But that's pretty specific). Svetlana was a great communicator and even gave us a welcome basket with Spanish wines (we were all friends from Spain), made sure we were watching the sunset to see the rocks, and dropped by on Sunday before we left to give us homemade blueberry scones. 10/10 would go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you Svetlana for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Retreat

We had a wonderful time staying here. The host was the best I have dealt with on any of my VRBO rentals. She was very prompt in replying to all of our questions and gave us awesome information before and during our stay. The property was just far enough away from the main road to be very quiet, but close enough to get to everything in town very easily. I also appreciate that everything in the house was well labelled. I would highly recommend this house for your trip to Sedona.
