Family reunion fun!

This house was wonderful for my big family’s get together. We had 3 generations under 1 roof. This house was perfect for all of us to be together and have a great time!

Family Vacation

Lovely home with happy colors, comfortable beds, across the street from the Gulf and located on the Bay beach. Our family always chooses Dauphin Island and enjoyed our stay in this home so much we hope to rent it again.

Fantastic Bay Home

The house is located directly on the bay with a short walk across the street to the gulf. We came down with our two grown daughters and had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Beach House

We had a wonderful weekend get away at this cozy beach house. Beautiful views and very spacious home. The kitchen had all of the items needed to cook and the back porch has an amazing view of the bay. Will definitely be back!

We love this place they allow pets and the house is perfectly located for us, love having the bay behind the house to enjoy in the evenings and the gulf is a very short walk. Absolute perfection for our family

Peaceful relaxing location

Very nice location if you are looking for a relaxing location that isn't in the thick of everything. Close to beach and short drive to shops and restaurants on the island. Good room in the house and plenty of outdoor seating.

Bay and beach

Beautifully situated home perfect for my family with grandchildren. We fished and swam in bay and took to the gulf as well House has everything you need.

Lovely stay

We had a perfect get-away before classes start for the fall. We had plenty of room for everyone and we were all very comfortable. The big dinner table was perfect for family games and dinners. This was our first visit to Dauphin Island, and we really enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood is. We loved having all the seating options and the swing on the decks. It was great having a view of the water from all angles.

A Nice Thanksgiving

Our family of 5 adults and one dog stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. We had everything we needed to prepare our meal, and the house is so welcoming and comfortable, we felt right at home. We had amazing views of the water from the front and back of the house, and we left feeling rested and rejuvenated. We will look for this house again when we book our next trip to Dauphin Island.

Absolutely breathtaking

We loved this rental so much we will definitely be back! It was all we wanted and more! If you’re looking for a spot this is the place! Island food wasn’t good at all we ate out the whole time we were there and was disappointed at every place except for islanders that was delish and amazing service! Beach was so nice bay had tons of mosquitoes:(

A lovely, spacious property. The only disappointment was that ESPN and other sports channels had to be streamed on our own device and the provided internet did not easily support this.

Perfect Location, beautiful views, great house!

This house was the perfect size for our family Christmas. It is the on the best part of the island, sound side with a short walk across the street to the gulf. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed to make multiple family meals. Our fur kids loved both decks and the yard in the back. Be careful of nettles on the path to the beach that tend to stick in their paws. We loved how laid back the environment is without crowds since one of our boys loves to run on the beach off leash. When we arrived, due to an overnight freeze, a pipe had burst and we had no water. Kelly the property manager was great about communication and arranged to have it repaired as soon as possible due to the holiday and provided an appropriate refund amount. Something to note is that this is a residence not a strict rental property which we prefer because there are personal touches but if you are a pristine rental person, just be aware that there are some of the owner's personal items in the house. We would absolutely rent this exact house again when returning to the island for a family or friend trip!

Perfect Winter vacation!

TLDR: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful beach house. The four bedrooms were perfect for our family! The covered decks and screened in porch were like extra rooms. Lovely! We will book this specific house again.Long version: The house is bright and inviting, with lots of windows, comfortable furnishings, and a well-supplied kitchen (check dates on condiments haha). The beds were comfortable enough, and towels were provided. The house has been updated, and we liked the décor.The beach house is on the peaceful/quiet bay side. You can walk through the back yard and wade and swim in the bay. It's shallow for a long way out. We rented kayaks from Salty Dog for a few days, and my oldest son and his fiancé encountered a pod of dolphins one afternoon just past the shallows! The gulf is visible through the front door window and a 2 min walk across the road. You can also drive 2 mins to the public beach and park for about 5/day.We arrived the day after Christmas and stayed until New Years. We already knew from experience that a lot of businesses would be closed that week, so we came prepared with groceries. We got fresh shrimp from Skinners - yum!We brought our 20lb Boston Terrier with us, and this worked out great. The first day, our dog discovered that the cleaner had missed some wads of long dog hairs etc. from a previous guest under the beds. The property manager was very responsive and came the next morning to clean under all the beds. Everything else was great!
