The Space:
Inside the Apartment:

* A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, plus a spacious island with barstools for casual dining or a quick coffee.
* A bright, open living area with a plush couch, Roku TV, and ultra-fast WiFi — perfect for relaxing after a day out.
* Two private master suites, each with a smart TV and ensuite bath for maximum privacy. One includes a walk-in shower.
* Two dedicated workspaces for remote work, study, or just checking in on emails.
* In-unit washer and dryer for easy, home-like convenience.
* A sofa and optional air or floor mattress for extra guests — everyone’s welcome and comfortable.

Perks & Location:
You’ll get a complimentary parking pass for the attached garage (no pricey downtown parking headaches). Step outside and you’re minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, White River State Park, Indianapolis Zoo, Indiana State Museum, Monument Circle, and Mass Ave — the city’s favorite dining and nightlife district.

Whether you’re in town for work, a concert, a Colts game, or just to explore Indy, this apartment offers all the space, style, and amenities to make your stay effortless.

Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

Pool Guidelines:
No Glass Containers – Ever.
Glass is not allowed anywhere near the pool deck or in the pool. It’s a big safety risk — and if glass is found, we have to drain the pool. Let’s avoid that!
Music is Welcome—Just Keep it Friendly.
Love a good summer playlist? So do we! Just make sure your volume doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibes of the community. If it’s too loud, you’ll be asked to turn it down or head out.
Pets Love Summer, Too—But Not at the Pool.
We know your pets are family, but they’ll need to sit this one out. No animals are allowed in or around the pool area.
Guests: One Per Leaseholder.
Planning to bring a buddy? Awesome — just keep it to one guest per leaseholder.
Snack Breaks Away From the Pool.
Please enjoy meals and snacks away from the pool area; one of the nearby courtyards is a great option! No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the water.
Keep an Eye on Capacity.
Residents are expected to self-monitor occupancy limits posted on the pool deck. Our staff and Courtesy Officers will also be checking in regularly.

And just to make sure it’s crystal clear — no glass. Ever. Really. We mean it.

No brainer

Clean spacious Layout with whole kitchen and private access at a more affordable rate than the hotels nearby. Also free parking makes it super attractive!

This was a fantastice stay for our daughters BOA competition. It was clean, close to everything and incredibly inviting. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice property and the unit we stayed in was above average. Clean, appropriately stocked, spacious, updated in appearance. Negatives: Key Cafe is awful! Didn't work to pick up key, didn't work to drop off key. Text Chat line was inefficient to useless. Finally called phone line and that was ok. To be honest, key cafe ruined the perfect rating because we wasted about 1 hour picking up and dropping off key.

Unpleasant stay for a family.

This property was really dirty . Overall an unpleasant stay. We had a one year old crawling on the floor and her legs were black with the dirt that came off them. Sheets on bed were dirty. TVS did not work properly in the rooms. Be aware of the foul smell in the hallway that sometimes lingers into apartment. Overall needs to be cleaned better .
