Come and discover this apartment with an ideal location, all you have to do is cross the street to have your feet in the sand!
The accommodation consists of a loggia that can accommodate 4 people with a table to share meals with the family. Large bay windows can be opened to breathe the sea air or closed at your convenience.
A living room / kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you will need for cooking.
A bunk bed with sofa/bed (140cm) and bed (90cm) is also available.
A bathroom with separate WC.
A bedroom with double bed and storage cupboard.
A private and secure parking space is at your disposal as well as an elevator to access the apartment which is on the first floor.

Pillows and duvets are at your disposal.
You can choose to come with your sheets and towels or rent them from the concierge during your stay. 15€/bed.

The reception will be done by a concierge service who will contact you after booking to set the time of entry into the premises.

Parties and gatherings of more than 4 people are not allowed in the accommodation.

The cleaning will be done by our concierge service but this does not exclude that you will be asked to leave the accommodation clean, tidy, dishes done and put away in the cupboards.

Please note that the maximum arrival time is 8:00 p.m. for hand-delivery of the keys.
