Hi,
We are Monica and Jorge, we will love to host you in our little paradise, we just renovate this condo in January 2021, in our opinion this place is just beautiful few steps from the beach the resort has an indoor and outdoor pool.
The room has two full size bed, a refrigerator, coffee maker, Microwave, 43" smart tv with Netflix, we desing this place the way how we will like the room to be when we are the guest.

Mini vacation

Enjoyed our stay, only problem we had was at the pool with unattended kids, which wasn’t your fault, other then that we enjoyed our stay easy to get to with all the elevators

We were in town for NCA championships and this was the perfect location. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. They did a great job checking on us and the property had everything we needed for beach days and just relaxing.

Super clean had water in refrigerator .chips on table. Had Alexa for wake-up, music and directions. Two phone chargers on nights stand. Very nice tiled shower, coffee maker nice and clean. Nice place.And Jorge let me ck in super early and easily. Thanks.

Nice weekend

Week before Biketoberfest, turned out to be very load all night long. Other than all the noise, the place had everything we needed, was cute and very orderly, nice big shower was nice. Could see ocean from window and xan walk to several restaurants within a mile.

Amazing Rental

We were able to plan a last-minute vacation and didn’t know where to rent. We stumbled on this listing and we’re MORE THAN impressed. The owner was responsive and helpful. The location had both an indoor and outdoor pool which was helpful when our kiddo needed a break from the ocean. The location was great too. Room was clean and had what we needed.Highly recommend!!!

Excellent weekend

Last Sunday was my wife birthday and, as a surprise birthday gift, we went to Daytona for the weekend. Everything on the Vrbo website was accurate except the property is not ocean front but ocean view. And, although the place was rather small, it was more then adequate for me and my wife. Jorge and Monica have done an outstanding job preparing the place, especially adding all the little extras that don't show on the website. Technologically they went beyond what's to be expected, including an Alexa unit. The room looked like a doll house and it had more than enough extras. For instance, a dehumidifier and a clothes line in the spacious shower. They even had birthday wishes for my wife with balloons and cookies. And, let's not forget the added advantage of having an indoor pool in our building. Thank you guys. This was an unforgettable weekend. Bonnie and Orlando

Nice little getaway

The location of the condo property is very ice. Across from a gas station and around the corner to the beach. At the time we visited, the access was closed because of the storm. There was easy access and besides, we had to go to the gas station for ice anyway, so perfect. The room was small, but perfect for my wife and myself. You have to eat out every night unless you use the small mircowave. There is no place to cook or grill. It was very nice the room was well stocked with supplies and some chairs and bags to take to the beach. Very thoughtful add-ons like wireless chargers and small radio for the beach as well. Wasn't a big fan of people being able to walk past the window and look in if the blinds were open to see the ocean, but because of it's location in the facility, it worked out well. There is virtually no foot-traffic in that area except the occasional maintenance person. Otherwise, great little getaway!

An absolute gem!

Look no further, this place has it. Immaculate, tastefully decorated, cozy, comfortable beds and has everything you need, forgot, or wished you had brought! Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. The Indoor Pool for those afternoon showers and an outdoor that was just deep enough (3ft) for our 5yr to do "laps". Like most properties, the hurricane damaged beach access, but they are working on it. We'd love to stay here again!

College tour

We stayed here while we visited my daughter's college. We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness of the room and the communication with the owner. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great space for the price

My wife and I enjoyed our time at this location. We usually spend very little time inside when on vacation and this condo was perfect for our needs. Nice updates, as well. Also, the owner was very helpful.

Nice Getaway

Super clean, the renovations were as advertised. We looked at a several similar property's most had there pools closed so that was a must have! Great location close to everything! Certainly would recommend it!

Great rental, easy access to everything!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The host provided all of the basic amenities and then some! It was the perfect space for our long weekend. Great pool and secure beach access! Will definitely be back. Oh and the communication with the host was top notch!!’

This unit was fantastic for our stay. Clean ,furnished well,and excellently accessorized. Host communications were excellent. I would recommend staying anytime. The building itself is being revamped as required but shows its age.

Best owner ever!

We’ve been using VRBO for 15+years and Jorge is by far the best owner we’ve ever dealt with. His communication was off the chart and you can tell he cares for his renters as much as his unit. The unit has just about everything you could need and beyond when it comes to supplies. It smelled great and was so cozy. I do agree with another renter, it may be hard to stay for a full week due to navigating suitcases and such due to the limited space but we were there from Thursday to Sunday and it worked out just fine. The area seemed a tad sketchy but we had no issues and the people around seemed fine for the most part. Half hour walk to Ocean Center with lots of shops and places to eat around. We truly enjoyed our stay and Jorge checking in every day was nice. Wish our travel down and back with Spirit went just as well but was so terribly awful. Jorge was definitely a nice surprise to deal with after having such travel issues. I’m somewhat picky about where we stay and I can honestly say if I ever go back to Daytona (maybe for college cheer nationals next year 😊) we would definitely try and stay here.

Clean and convenient

Property was as stated. Great location and convenient to attractions and restaurants. Parking was off the street , but spaces are a little tight. Only issue was the noise from the road at night. Would definitely book again.

Great location and clean, attentive host

The room was small but had everything we needed. It was very clean. Right on the beach which was awesome. Only complaint is it sounds like the windows are open all the time. Thin walls so it was a bit noisy from adjacent rooms. It was bike week though, so it is noisier for that reason as well. With that being said think it was overpriced for what we had. Some of the surrounding residents were sketchy and they hung out quite a bit outside the rooms on the walkway.

This is a small hotel room, in an older motel building but room itself was modernized at some point, which is a nice surprise when you enter. There are several charging pads WI-FI, and most everything you would need for a short stay, including refrigerator, coffee maker and assorted plates and kitchen items. The bathroom was clean, and the shower large considering the size of the place. Things to keep in mind, there is not a lot of space, it's on the 4th floor and there is no private balcony, but the walkway can serve that purpose to a point. You can see the ocean on the south side and it's a fairly quick walk to the beach. The owners are very kind and communicate to ensure that all your needs are filled. If spaciousness isn't a concern, it seems like a very reasonably priced accommodation, that will get you to the beach. I would recommend for anyone looking for a simple room, 2 adults max (double beds only), maybe 1 or 2 kids, with the intent of spending most of your time on the beach. Overall, I give the experience a thumbs up and enjoyed the 3 nights we spent there.

We take the room cleaning very seriously.
The good thing about this property is that it is very well located, steps from the beach.
The hotel has 2 pools, one outside and the other is inside the building with hot water, it has outside grills with tables and umbrellas all 60 feet from the beach.
