- Separate WC

For added convenience: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A west-facing balcony 8 metres long and 1.20 metres wide.
- A small open space is available near the private car park where you will have access to a plancha and an outdoor dining area.

The house is ideally located in Sare, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, with mountain views. The Spanish border is around 4 kilometres away. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
