Just 1 mile to Dtwn Beach or 8 miles to St Pete Beach or Treasure Island! 2 bicycles included and off-street parking for 1 car! 2 Beach Chairs, Towels loads of fun close to breweries, restaurants, shopping, live music, parks and outdoor Markets! A LOT of rules and lengthy emails. Would nit let us check in slightly early even though the place was cleaned and ready. Check out is very early. The plunge pool was a nice bonus. Parking is VERY tight. A bit farther from downtown than we thought. AC was not very cold. Bikes were not in great shape. Place was quaint and clean and well furnished. We picked it becauae we could bring our dog and it had a pool.

Oasis in St Pete

This was our first time in St Pete and we were immediately drawn to this listing for our stay. It did not disappoint. It was charming--completely charming. It shares a "yard" with other units and it felt like a safe compound in the heart of St Pete--close to the pier and downtown. The host had thought of everything we might need in the unit. Although an efficiency, the unit was well laid out and felt spacious somehow. We will definitely return again!

The Carriage House

Property was just as described before arrival. The property manager kept communication after booking stay to ensure rules of the property and directions. We enjoy our time outside so the space was everything we needed.

The little lagoon pool was nice and refreshing. The bed was very comfy. The designated parking is a small space. We were grateful we didn’t drive our truck (we usually do) which would not fit in the space. Amy the house cleaner was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a broom/dustpan and fly swatter and she provided them quickly. We look forward to returning again.

St. Petersburg Experience

The property itself was as described. It is visible that an effort has been made to create a vacation-like experience. Location-wise, this property could not have been better. This property is in a great jumping-off spot for all the local attractions, including ingress and egress for arrival and departure. Lisa, the manager, was excellent. We had a couple of challenges once we had settled in. I contacted Lisa and she instantly resolved our issues, and our stay turned out to be perfect. As a side note, I am an extremely critical individual with high expectations, so when I write a review like this one just know it was not without scrutiny and well deserved.

The carriage house was wonderful... great location, exceptionally clean. Lisa was quick to respond with a few questions I had. The extra little things... make up wipes, Brita water pitcher, pop tarts, fruit snacks - that was great being that I didn't arrive until late Sunday night. The pool was lovely and relaxing with the waterfall. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

Park8ng was a vit of a challenge. There is a huge tree that has grown up.against the cottage roof and partially blocks the parking area for the cottage. Makes it really difficult to get in and out and it sounds like someone is on the roof when the wind blows. I would suggest removing the tree and grinding out the stump before it damages the roof. Otherthat that the stay was FANTASTIC!

Small but efficient. Has a well stocked kitchen. Good cookware. Cute place to sit outside. Wonderful neighborhood to just walk around. It was just me (53 year old woman) and I felt safe. Designated Parking place is a little tight but not a problem finding parking. THANKS!

Awesome place, awesome owner!

The property was comfortable, well appointed and well located. The owner was awesome, responding quickly to questions and very attentive. Local restaurants were good and the bus line easy to access and use to get to downtown and to the beaches. A great trip and I will definitely be staying at one of her properties again!

LOVED MY STAY

The property was clean, private and beautiful. Host was responsive and was able to help me right away with any questions I had. The property was in the most perfect location 6 minutes or less away from anything we wanted to do in town and 15 minutes to the beach.

Such a dynamite property, location, and compound. Lisa, the owner, was dynamite to deal with, and the house was very clean. The salt water dip pool was fantastic as was the location to downtown. We would stay here again for sure.

Great stay, great location, very affordable

My wife and I stayed in the carriage house. It was very tidy, and cozy and my wife and I loved our stay. All appliances were updated and everything was very clean. Lisa was awesome when it came to recommendations and communication. The added amenities were fantastic. We did not end up using the pool but having the option was very nice. The bikes were an amazing option, especially in a city as bike friendly as St. Pete. Overall, our stay was everything we wanted and more and we will be staying again on our next trip to St. Pete.
