Blocks from downtown St Pete! This newly finished queen bedroom Carriage rental efficiency is newly completed with a bathroom, kitchen, office/dining area - Smart TV. Stand-alone building at rear of property (no shared walls). It has a shared courtyard including small Salt-Water wading Lagoon and conversational areas where you can sit and watch the waterfall. Just 1 mile to Dtwn Beach or 8 miles to St Pete Beach or Treasure Island! 2 bicycles included and off-street parking for 1 car! 2 Beach Chairs, Towels loads of fun close to breweries, restaurants, shopping, live music, parks and outdoor Markets! Great St Pete neighborhood with tree lined live oak streets and brick roads. wonderful huge mansion homes just steps and just steps from downtown st Pete with restaurants, shopping, art museums and sports such as the baseball team and soccer!
parking for a sedan size car (more parking free on street) 2 bicycles included and an off-street parking spot! Please note The property does have 3 other rentals on it and the lagoon is shared but hardly used as there is so much do in the area

We enjoyed our stay. Small but comfortable for 2 adults in the historic district. We were able to walk to St Pete’s pier. Numerous coffee shops within walking distance. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and nutrigrain bars. Lisa also had a great resource book with lots of information on the area as well as suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

Very clean and decorated nicely with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and everything you would need for a day at the beach; bikes, chairs, towels etc. There is a back entrance I recommend using, easier entrance especially when there are cars parked in the driveway. The check in instructions might’ve said that, but to be honest.. I’m not reading all that. I skimmed and looked for the code to get in and that’s all I needed. There were too many emails, with too many paragraphs, that weren’t specific to my booking that lost my attention.. but that might be just fine for the detail oriented. Overall, I would come back during a longer stay to take advantage of all the amenities.

Awesome place, awesome owner!

The property was comfortable, well appointed and well located. The owner was awesome, responding quickly to questions and very attentive. Local restaurants were good and the bus line easy to access and use to get to downtown and to the beaches. A great trip and I will definitely be staying at one of her properties again!

Such a dynamite property, location, and compound. Lisa, the owner, was dynamite to deal with, and the house was very clean. The salt water dip pool was fantastic as was the location to downtown. We would stay here again for sure.

LOVED MY STAY

The property was clean, private and beautiful. Host was responsive and was able to help me right away with any questions I had. The property was in the most perfect location 6 minutes or less away from anything we wanted to do in town and 15 minutes to the beach.

The Carriage House

Property was just as described before arrival. The property manager kept communication after booking stay to ensure rules of the property and directions. We enjoy our time outside so the space was everything we needed.

The carriage house was wonderful... great location, exceptionally clean. Lisa was quick to respond with a few questions I had. The extra little things... make up wipes, Brita water pitcher, pop tarts, fruit snacks - that was great being that I didn't arrive until late Sunday night. The pool was lovely and relaxing with the waterfall. Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

Great stay

Small but efficient. Has a well stocked kitchen. Good cookware. Cute place to sit outside. Wonderful neighborhood to just walk around. It was just me (53 year old woman) and I felt safe. Designated Parking place is a little tight but not a problem finding parking. THANKS!
