Come enjoy our cozy lake house in the safe, beautiful gated community of Treasure Lake!

New Providence Beach is a 5-minute walk away, with a pavilion, playground, volleyball, and a snack shack. Enjoy two restaurants, a seasonal pool accessible Mon-Thurs, and two 18-hole golf courses.
Home is well stocked with all essentials and has gigabit internet.

*Please note, Treasure Lake just finished a dredging project. Guests will be able to access Bimini Beach Mon-Thurs while Treasure Lake refills.

The Cozy Cottage was exactly that! We were so pleasantly surprised to find it decorated for Christmas-so welcoming for our family visit! The house had everything we needed and Paul was so accommodating when our trip was cut short due to an ice storm. His maintenance team did a wonderful job of clearing the driveway/sidewalk/entry so we could access the cottage safely. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Cozy Cottage!

It was a very relaxing vacation. Communication with Paul was great. The house was very cozy with beautiful surroundings. Loved sitting out on the deck . It was very quiet and peaceful.

Great place, very lwell-stocked, and clean. There were even nightlights throughout the house and plenty of towels. Close to the lake beach and playground.

Amazing cottage for a getaway!

Had an amazing weeks stay at this cottage! Very clean and well kept. Great location by the beach. Owner communicates very well and answered all my questions promptly. Will stay at again!

I had a lovely stay at this cottage in between stops on my road trip. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I was by myself, but a family could stay here comfortably (there was a bookshelf with lots of games). I appreciated the quiet to work. The host had excellent communication. Note that the lake is still filling after the dredging project.I did have to fill out a damage waiver, so just know that is an extra step and expense. It was worth it to me to have this quiet house to myself; I would stay here again.

Paul was very responsive to questions. If we return to Treasure Lake, we will stay again. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware. The water pressure is great! The neighborhood is quiet, and we enjoyed watching the deer visit the backyard.

Just what we needed

We came for a weekend trip and it was just the spot we wanted/needed. Perfect for the three of us and our baby. The property felt very safe and the house was clean with everything labeled. Thanks for having us Paul!

A relaxing getaway with the kids

Property was as described. We really enjoyed games in the living area. The beach and pool were great! It was also close to restaurants and family friendly attractions. Our kids had a blast.

Cozy lake view home!

Nice lake view home a short distance from the beach. The kids loved the beach and playground. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. Definitely would stay again!

Grandsons 1st birthday

How was just as described. I can only recommend 1 thing, king room would be better with a ceiling fan or a pedestal oscillating fan. Everything was clean, towels were amazing. Could also use a broom or a smaller vac to clean up the tree dropping that got stuck to your shoes, sorry i like a clean house. We will rent again.

Perfect Getaway

My family needed a place to stay for a family gathering in the area. We didn't want to be crowded in a hotel room with the four of us so we looked for a Vrbo. This was the perfect spot for us. The cottage was clean, updated, and felt very roomy. The host was responsive and took care of everything for us with ease and communication. We definitely would recommend staying here and in the future if we need a place to stay this will be our go too!

Cozy Stay

I booked my stay because my husband was having cardiac surgery and I needed to be near the hospital. My stay at the cottage was perfect. It had everything I needed to rest and relax during this stressful time. The cottage was neat and very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was well stocked with just about everything you could need. Paul could not have been nicer. It was wonderful to rent from him. If you are in need of a rental in Treasure Lake, this is the place for you. It will not disappoint. Thank you, Paul. I really appreciate you and your kindness.

This property has all that you need to be comfortable

As the TV show Lakehouse Rules says, be our guest...this host took everything to heart...making sure you have what you need at your fingertips to make our stay was comfortable and convenient. Games, outdoor grill, plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, bakeware, spices, oils, washer and dryer, etc! WiFi was excellent. Host was super responsive to our questions. The deer came right into the yard. Great view of the lake. We would come back here again. Maybe this fall. Thanks Paul for the hospitality!!!

Enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving

My husband and I stayed here for a few days over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is well stocked as I was doing some cooking and baking for several family dinners. I brought measuring cups/spoons and bakeware with me as I never trust a rental to have these things. I was very happy to find that this home had everything that I needed including a crockpot. We had some snow while we were there, and I appreciated that there was some ice melt there for us as the steps and sidewalks would have been slippery without that. There was a minor issue which the owner took care of very quickly. Communication was easy before and during our stay. Beds were comfy as is the sectional in the living room in front of the big screen TV.

Winter wonderland

The place was a perfect Christmas get-away. Views of a snowy lake, deer, and houses decorated for the holiday! The house was cosy and warm.
