It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of about 600 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa, fireplace (wood not provided).
- A dining area open on the living room with an extension table.
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Room 4 : a sofa bed (two persons)

Exterior:
- An above ground swimming pool (private, not heated), fenced, open from 01 May to 30 September (dates of opening not contractual), 5m50 in diameter and 1m30 high.
- An inflatable spa accessible from May 1st to September 30th.
- A beautiful garden of about 600 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort : high chair, baby bed, plancha, deck chairs, swing, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Tornac, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Visits caves, canoeing, canyoning, caving, bamboo grove, steam train, Paradis Kids, velorails, Aqua Forest, river, lake,...

Transportation :
- You can park directly on the private parking of the house (2 vehicles).
- Nearest train station : Alès located at about 25 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Montpellier Méditerranée located at about 1 hour by car.

Other remarks:
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
