You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? Very walkable with restaurants in every direction. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks a couple blocks away.

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Set on the 12th floor of the historic Peachtree Towers, this entire condo offers a modern twist within a landmark building in the heart of Downtown Atlanta’s Hotel District. The location places you within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and major venues, making it easy to move between meetings, events, and sightseeing without relying on a car.

The space
The condo is designed to balance togetherness and privacy, with two bedrooms and two baths that comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Three beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while the living area works equally well for relaxed evenings, catching up with friends, or informal work sessions. Central heating keeps the space comfortable during cooler months, and the building’s solid construction helps minimize outside noise.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace, whether that’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a cozy dinner in after exploring the city. The dining table creates a natural gathering spot for shared meals or planning the next day’s agenda.

Comfort and convenience
You’ll have access to in-unit laundry, available for use during your stay, along with WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning. TVs with standard cable provide easy entertainment, and self check-in via keypad makes arrivals simple. The building features an elevator and a secure environment, with monitored common areas for added peace of mind.

Neighborhood
Downtown Atlanta puts you close to it all. A short walk brings you to the Peachtree Center MARTA station, connecting you directly to the airport. Major attractions such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World Congress Center are all nearby, making this a practical home base for business travelers, event-goers, and sports fans alike.

Whether you’re visiting for work, a winter city break, or a group getaway, this centrally located condo offers a comfortable, well-equipped place to return to at the end of each day.

Peachtree Center Marta Station is 1 block away. Surface parking lot right next to the building. A parking deck a block away. Street parking is available but hard to find. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.

Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
