This is a residential neighborhood on the edge of a forest with nearby neighbors to be considerate of (please live peacefully and respect basic neighborhood rules).

- End-of-stay cleaning: optional fee of €130
We ask guests to keep the premises clean. Cleaning fees are not included in the booking quote to avoid imposing automatic charges on guests, particularly for short-term stays. You may therefore choose to clean the property yourself, leaving it in the same condition as when you arrived (cleaning supplies provided), OR notify us in advance if you wish to opt for a checkout cleaning service, which will be billed at €130 in cash upon your arrival at the property.

- Supplies:
Sheets, duvet covers, towels, bath mats, dish towels, hand towels, and tablecloths are provided.
