The open layout effortlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating the ideal ambiance for socializing and entertaining with your loved ones. With ample seating and a poolside view, this living space is designed for ultimate comfort and enjoyment.

The master bedroom is a sanctuary of its own, complete with an updated en-suite bathroom with double showers and a stand-alone tub, a king-size Tempurpedic bedroom set, as well as a 65" 4K smart TV for entertainment indulgence. Meanwhile, all the other three bedrooms feature smart 4K TVs, ensuring entertainment options for all guests. Two of the bedrooms include spacious desks and chairs for any work or leisure needs.

Whether it's the warmth of summer or the chill of winter, the pool opens year-round. Step outside to the spacious patio, complete with a dining table and chairs, as well as lounges for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Embrace the joys of outdoor living and create cherished memories in and around the inviting pool area.

We kindly remind guests that only registered guests are permitted on the property during the rental period, and large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited. There is a $29 per extra guest night charge for groups with more than 6 guests.

We understand that pets are part of the family, so well-trained pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per day.

For an added touch of luxury, the pool and spa can be heated upon request. The initial heating fee is $150, with an additional $75 per extra day to maintain a cozy 84 degrees during daylight hours. Please note that the pool will not be heated if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

In line with our commitment to providing a pleasant environment, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises. We kindly request that only listed guests be allowed access to the property, as outside visitors are not permitted. We maintain a firm policy against parties or large gatherings of any kind. We extend our warmest welcome to families and groups seeking relaxation and the opportunity to bask in the beauty of our stunning backyard and the exceptional amenities our home has to offer.

As a security measure, there are cameras on the property, including one at the front door, one in the garage facing the garage gate, one outside the garage facing the driveway, and one outside the house facing the pool. Please do not cover or unplug these cameras, as doing so will result in the loss of your deposit.

To ensure the safety and security of our guests, a refundable security deposit is required. By booking with us, guests agree to pay this deposit before check-in. Access to the property will be denied until the deposit is paid in full. The payment is refundable if all House Rules are honored. The refund is dependent upon all guests in the group honoring all House Rules and is initiated after check-out, after all payments have cleared, and any necessary resolutions have been made.
