Steps to the boardwalk and beach!

Located at desirable north end of Lavallette, five houses off the beach. Spacious 4 bedroom beach house includes 2 full bathrooms plus outdoor shower. Master bedroom is oversized with King bed and TV with fire stick. Second bedroom includes full sized bed. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each have two twin beds. Enclosed front porch has a daybed, additional cable tv and plenty of seating. Please note, there is a small cottage behind the house, which shares the BBQ grill and parks on the right side of the home.

Short walk to shopping, mini-golf, ice-cream parlor, pizza, Lava Java coffee shop. Take a short walk to the bay to watch the sunset, play tennis, basketball or pickleball. Relax in the backyard, throw some clams on the grill and enjoy the family friendly lifestyle of summer in Lavallette. Plenty of off street parking. Includes 4 beach badges.

Great Stay in Lavallette

This house is terrific: an open floor plan, well stocked kitchen, comfortable and spacious out-door space, and only five houses from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

Perfect Lavallette Stay

The home has a ton of space and an awesome location a few houses in from the beach. House had a ton of kitchen supplies and well stocked with paper goods. Home was very clean and the outdoor patio fits a large group for entertaining. Owners stayed in the house in the back of property and were very helpful when needed. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect beach rental

Great location, steps to the beach and all other local attractions. The house is very clean and comes with everything you need which made packing simple. Landlord responded quickly with any questions that I had. We will be back again next summer. Thank you!

We had a very pleasurable stay. We enjoyed walking back and forth to the beach and the house was lovely and well stocked. Above all, cleanliness is very important to me and my family and this house did not disappoint. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who seem to be very good people, they were very attentive and prompt to answer all our questions throughout our stay. We would definitely come back if possible.

Roomy and Great Location

Lovely beach house with plenty of room for a medium-to-large family. Kitchen stocked with plenty of knick-knacks for dining/imbibing needs. Beach chairs/umbrella as well as bed linens and towels provided. Decent sized bathrooms (which is rare) and tons of windows for spectacular cross-breezes. Great location: a couple of houses from beach entry, and centrally located from some of Lava's best consumer spots. Host quickly responded to inquiries and was very pleasant. Can't wait to come back!

2024 Spallanzani Family Trip

My husband and I traveled with our three grown children and their significant others. There was plenty of room for the eight of us. House was very clean; AC worked great; Beds were comfortable; Kitchen fully stocked with supplies; backyard was great for hanging out and lounging; grill was brand new; terrific location - half a block from the beach, pickleball courts five blocks away; ice cream shop right on the corner, Seaside Boardwalk ten minutes away; great communication with the owners. When we come back to Lavalette we will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

Family Vacation

My family has been renting in Lavallette, NJ for 100 yrs plus starting with my Grandparents. This is my first experience renting thru VRBO for our Lavallette week. My siblings & I needed 3 houses this year. This house was fantastic. The owners said they rented before their parents purchased this house. It is obvious they know exactly what is needed. The house was organized, stocked, clean and comfortable. Thank you again to the property owners. It was nice talking. I appreciate your prompt replies to my questions.

We ha d a wonderful time , and felt very comfortable in this rental. The home was in a perfect location and complete with all essentials. Great Memorial Day Weekend

The house was perfect for our family's return to Lavallette. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable; and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The outdoor seating area is very nice and you can't beat the location.

Perfect Shore House

We had a great stay. Convenient to everything. A super-short walk to beach. Loved the little "extras" provided for us. Owner provided sheets and towels which was great - did not need to pack those items which can be quite bulky. I highly recommend this property. Pride of ownership throughout.

Summer Vacation

Great location! Easy walk to places to eat, ice cream, miniature golf, coffee shop. You can hear the ocean from the house and morning walks on the boardwalk very peaceful. The house is spotless, perfect for families with plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Stupendous!!!

My family & I had an amazing time staying in this house. The host is very responsive, & answered our questions very promptly. There were beautiful fresh flowers in a vase greeting us…what a personal touch! The house is spacious & super clean, & had everything a family would need & want in a house. There was plenty of towels, linen, pillows & blankets. The newer washer & dryer was a plus. The kitchen was fully equipped for all of our needs from wine glasses to silverware to pots & pans to toaster to coffee maker & mugs to BBQ utensils, etc. There is also a beautiful back yard with plenty of seating & a BBQ grill & extra beach chairs. We were literally 4 houses from the beach, & we loved the boardwalk for walking & running. Although the house is located on a quiet family friendly street, we were in the heart of Lavallette. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, bakeries, and so much more. We will definitely come back again!!!
