We've stayed at several of the condos along the 17th fairway of True Blue golf course and this one is the top one for two couples. Check in was simple, the place was clean and the view from the back porch is great. We enjoyed "fishing" for golf balls in the pond after the last foursome went thru. Hah. Only negative is that there was only a few kleenex tissues available, no biggie.

Nice place, good location for exploring the area. On the ground floor and good spot to watch golf action on the 17th hole. Responsive host and house was very clean. Friendly folks and great for dig walking right out the door.

The property was well maintained and got out needs as a family. It was close to the pool and about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach.

Well it was quiet, comfy beds, nice towels, the furniture was good and plenty of places to sit. Screened room was also nice to view course. The only thing that was missing was paper towels, coffee station supplies, shampoo, conditioner and soap for bath and kitchen. A couple of Beach towels would have been good to have also. We went out and had to buy. When traveling by plane it’s to much to pack and carry. Otherwise we slept well. Ate well. Loved the pool

We really enjoyed our stay with some pros and cons

All around we loved our stay and would stay again. Pros: very clean, great location, had games, good shallow pools, easy parking, first level, large enough for 6 people if 2 don’t mind sleeping on the pullout couch. It worked well with our two kids, we also loved our pup could come along. We really enjoyed the view from the screened porch, the sunset was beautiful. Cons: We were pretty grossed out to see how bad the linens were. The beds had horrible urine stains on the mattress pads everywhere. The extra comforter and blankets also had brown and yellow stains all over. The pillows had yellow rings from sweat from other people. It was really bad!!!! The place was clean minus the linens and this needs to be changed out as no one should have to sleep in that. No spices, no bar soap, no sheets for the pullout couch, some of the outlets didn’t work, no water pressure just a trickle out of the master bathroom sink. Communication wasn’t good either. I messaged them on VRBO and also email to ask them ahead of time if they could not clean with floral cleaners or use air fresheners as it triggers my migraines and I never got a response. Also was disappointing is they use floral smelling laundry detergent. So I had a headache while sleeping in the beds. Many have allergies and skin allergies to laundry detergents that are not “free and clear with no fragrance” so I would suggest using that. After all that we would stay again. Hopefully they will take some of our advice.

Best Location

My husband and I stayed here for vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. Not only was the location fabulous, the owners couldn’t have been any nicer. The owner called me and gave us great suggestions on nearby restaurants and told us about things to do in the area. The condo had everything anyone would need and being on the bottom floor just makes it all the better. We will definitely be going back. Our mini schnauzer loved it as well!The Browns

One of the best hosts, and VRBO’s we have ever stayed with. The description was spot-on! Beautifully decorated, the master bedroom had a bed that is so comfy, I didn’t want to leave. I never sleep well on vacay, and I slept well every single night! Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. They have a large metal pot for cooking that came in handy for cooking big batch meals. The pool was a few minutes walking distance. The porch was my husband’s favorite place, especially during a rainstorm. I highly recommend Chive Blossom, Rustic Table and Parlor Donuts. All places recommended and all places worth it! The course is beautiful , and challenging. If you look it up on youtube, it’s one of the top 5 courses in/near Myrtle Beach. The only suggestion I would give as a BYO, shampoo/conditioner ( small bottle of shampoo per bathroom provided), TT paper ( single ply) and sturdy wooden spoon. ( pots minus two large ones are non-stick so you can’t use metal). We will definitely be back, and can see this place being our annual vacation spot. We fell in love with Pawleys Island the condo and hosts! How lucky we got with this one. Thank you!

Great location

Location was close to food and supermarkets, plenty of golf course, pool and not to far from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone for a nice get away.

Great 1st experience

This was our first time using VRBO. We loved the condo and location. The view was so pretty. The description of condo was what it was. Less than 2 miles from beach. We will be back later in 2025.

Beautiful Condo and Close to Everything

We stayed at the condo for a long weekend while my husband played in a golf tournament. The location is perfect, steps from the 17th green on the True Blue course, and a short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend dinner at Rustic Table. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, well stocked, and felt very secure. I would definitely book again if we come back!

True blue condo

Property was clean and decor was nice but minimal supplies. Not an extra roll of toilet paper, paper towel, soap for showering, soap to run dishwasher, or laundry. Minor things but very inconvenient when you fly in for only a few days. Linens could use refreshing as well. Would also be nice to have instructions for operating TV , trash/recycling disposal and checkout. Others didn’t seem to mind so maybe just I think it would be appropriate.

Really enjoyed condo and pools

There was lots to do nearby, and beaches just a short drive away. Lots of good restaurants around, too. The condo was clean, comfortable, good air, and had all the kitchenware we needed to cook breakfast and lunch most days the week we were there. There were games and puzzles in the cabinet. We put one together and were happy to see all the pieces were there. We had taken an air mattress for one of my teens, but ended up using the twin size one the owner had in the condo. It was easier to move around and in perfect condition - we did not need to add air once. The other beds were comfortable, too. We really enjoyed the location of the condo, and having 2 nice pools nearby. We swam each day and evening. One night, we had pizza delivered to the pool and had dinner there. For activities, we went to Huntington state park, saw some gators and toured the castle. It was unbelievably hot, but we enjoyed it thoroughly. We also drove up to Myrtle beach and dropped our teens off at the water park one day and then did some shopping. For beaches, we visited several in North Litchfield, none were too crowded and the water was great. I do recommend bringing a few dishwashing tablets, a couple of trash bags, and some extra toilet paper. There were none at the condo, but that wasn’t a big deal as there were plenty of stores nearby. We did not have any issues at the condo, the owner was kind and helpful, too. Thanks for sharing your place and we’d love to stay again when in the area.

Back for a Second Vacation Stay

Our family stayed in this unit last year. The condo had all we needed and the location was great, so we returned again for this year's beach vacation. We enjoyed visiting Pawley's Island, Litchfield and Huntington Beach State Park during our stay. We also enjoyed the two nearby pools. Thanks for another great stay!

Did not disappoint

Clean condo and very nicely decorated. Being on the ground floor was very convenient for us. Maybe an extra roll of tp would have been nice along with shower soap. I also never had to bring shampoo/conditioner before. None of these were major problems and we enjoyed our stay.

True Blue - July Stay '24

The condo was perfect for our family getaway. Tasteful accommodations, great location, amazing view of the 17th hole, four pools to choose from and property was immaculately maintained. Close to shopping and restaurants. Excellent communication with owner, easy check in process. Will definitely return!
