Newly Renovated 4BR Cape Cod Beach House w/ New Pool + 5 Beach Passes

We invite you to stay in this charming, newly renovated cape cod beach house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a brand new chef's kitchen. The space is perfect for families as it is situated closely (~6 min bike ride!) to the Spring Lake beaches. Maybe the beach isn't for your whole family .... stay in the sun-drenched backyard and relax by the new salt water pool!

We are currently looking to book families wishing to stay for 7+ days in summer 2024. This rental includes 5 beach passes and beach gear (umbrella, chairs, etc) for daily trips to the beach. Inside the house, we have a full size crib available as well as a pack n play and high chair upon request.

Preferred rental for families. Renters must be 25+. House will be professionally cleaned/sanitized after each stay.

Privacy fence and pool safety fence installed March 2021 so you can enjoy the pool, long outdoor dinners and a cold cocktail in private!

Summer vacation on the Jersey Shore

This was the first time I rented a house on the Jersey Shore (Spring Lake) for my children and grandchildren. All in all everything was wonderful. We loved the house, the location and, of course, the beach. We were close enough to visit the boardwalks too. Truly a vacation to remember.

Perfect!

Our multi-generational family stayed one fabulous week in Spring Lake, NJ. We required a fully operational kitchen, stocked with adequate supplies, and space. We needed at least 6 beds. We wanted to be close to the beach, as well as a driveway accommodating 3 cars, and proximity to grocery stores. We hoped for ease in communicating with the owner. Our experience was exceptional. The home was an interesting and inventive creation of a traditional Cape Cod house into a very attractive multi level house with manageable stairs, privacy and 3 bathrooms. Did I mention the pool and inviting backyard area? Dining table and chairs, lounging chairs, pool toys and a lovely, private garden. Except for one day of our week’s visit we enjoyed sunshine. Perfect!

Great Family Vacation Home

Sparkling clean home set in a quiet neighborhood with a nice clean swimming pool made our stay top notch. Close to restaurants and shopping. The host was very accommodating to boot...highly recommended.

Great Stay!

This is a wonderful rental. Everything you need is within a mile and it is super easy to explore the area by car, bike or foot. The house was very well stocked with anything you might have forgotten to pack and we enjoyed both the light filled space and the relaxing pool. The owners were also great to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful House! Five Stars!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at this comfortable and amazingly appointed house. It had everything we needed and more - we especially loved using the bikes. Thank you, and if life ever takes us back to Spring Lake, we will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

I can't find one critical thing to say about our stay. The house is fully packed with everything you may need during your time at the beach. The communication was above and beyond and it truly felt like home. We will absolutely be back and can't wait to take advantage of the amazing backyard and pool area! Thank you!

On cloud nine!

What a beautiful home! Oddly from the outside it looks so small but when you go inside it’s a wonderland every room had comfortable beds the kitchen was amazing for Thanksgiving dinner and all the TVs had everything we needed! I got married on November 20 and hosted all my bridesmaids and it was such a beautiful house for photos and so perfect they have a spread for breakfast for my bridesmaids and make up artists and hair artists. Location is central to everything and the hosts were very responsive with any issue we had! I wish this was my full-time home. Will definitely stay again!

Location Location Location

My husband and I loved the house. It had all we needed or wanted. It was super clean and just a short car ride to the boardwalk. Staying there during off season made parking at the beach simple. No traffic or crowds. It is a great house for a family. The only slight issue we had is that we are older and live in a house with no stairs so we were a little challenged by the stairs in this house. Not enough of an issue that we wouldn’t stay there again!

Great Stay - Spring Lake Heights.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house is completely redone with modern high end touches. It is stocked with just about everything you will need or imagine. The pool is nice and the area was very quiet. The owners are extremely responsive and professional. We would definitely stay again.

Great Vacation

Great location to stores and beach. Short ride to beach & ice cream place by car or bike. Beautiful home with all the essentials and perfect size pool. My granddaughter enjoyed riding on the buggy attached to the bike and the wagon. Owners were very communicative. Awesome time!!

Room for 10

Very clean and easy to use house a short bike ride to the beach. The pool is right out the back door with child protective fencing around it. Sized enough to handle everyone and floats. All the amenities you could need, bikes, one with a following child cart, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys. Everything you need for a delightful getaway.

Family Reunion & 80th Bday

We had a lovely family reunion at this gorgeous, newly-renovated home! House was as described and well-stocked with all supplies including new sheets, towels, pool towels, kitchen essentials, etc. The owners are friendly, considerate, and generously provided sunscreen, a plethora of coffee, espresso, and even a cocktail drink maker! Main floor is spacious for cooking/entertaining in the kitchen and movie nights in the living room. Backyard was perfect for backyard BBQs and pool time, which had plenty of pool floats and toys for the kids. Beach & town were just a short drive or bike ride. Owners provided beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and beach toys as well. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. Photos were exactly how the house is! Beautifully renovated and well stocked with everything we needed and more! Owners were super friendly and welcoming. Everything is super close and easy to get to beach driving or biking!

Beach town getaway

My family and I had an amazing stay. The owners were so considerate leaving sunscreen, drinks, and coffee galore for us to use. So generous! We’ve never, ever stayed in a house so equipped for children. If you have multiple small children, this house is for you. There is a gate that locks around the pool which gave such peace of mind. Multiple plastic plates and bowls and sippy cups for kids. They had a beach buggy our boys loved riding in to the beach daily. The owners even left sand toys and floats and a toy room equipped with legos that my boys assembled into a huge castle. The beach was a little over a mile away but you could easily bike or drive and park right there. Owners left tons of towels clean sheets and Tommy Bahamas beach chairs too. The kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs. The house was so clean and we slept our infant in the pack and play in the huge master closet. We had a wonderful week and the town is so quaint and chic. What a dream it must be to live there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect !

Upon arrival the house was sparkling clean and perfectly set up. The house accommodated the needs of my elderly father, my cooking needs, my three children <10yo and is great for entertaining. The house has everything you could need from clean sheets and towels, beach toys, cribs, beach chairs etc. we really had a wonderful time and already contacted owner about next year!
