The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in La Caillère-Saint-Hilaire, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 113 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 35 m², equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of about 3 600 m². We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 35 m² with sofa, TV, Wifi, fireplace (decorative) and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining bathroom with shower, WC, sheets and towels included.
- A storeroom.
- A separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), a baby bed and an adjoining shower room with shower, WC.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190), a double sofa bed and an adjoining bathroom with corner bath, WC.

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private heated swimming pool (between 26 and 28 degrees) of 8x4m open from May 1 to September 30, secured by an alarm, with safety cover. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A beautiful garden of 1000 m² closed with furniture and two plots of 1300 m² not closed.
- A terrace of 9 m² and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in La Caillère-Saint-Hilaire, in a very pleasant environment, without opposite. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Equestrian center at 10 minutes
- Puy du Fou at 30 minutes
- Beach at 50 minutes
- Marais Poitevin at 50 minutes
- La Rochelle and Nantes at 60 minutes

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly the private parking outside (up to 6 vehicles) and in the garage (for 2 vehicles) of the house.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: La Rochelle train station located 65 km away (about 1 hour by car)
- Nearest airport: La Roche-sur-Yon airport located 49 km away (about 44 minutes by car)

- The motocross court, located next to the house, is no longer in use.
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The fireplace is decorative.
- Any child bathing is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of the receptions. An additional fee may be requested.
