✔ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $65 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. ✔ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This apartment is on the first floor of a two-story carriage house. This is a historic home, and the walls are thin and not soundproof.
