Putting Green Paradise: Two- Bedroom Suite

New 2 bedroom suite, with putting Green, full kitchen, bathroom and private laundry. The private entrance is on a lower level of the new home with a self check in lock.

New 2 bedroom suite, with Putting Green, full kitchen, bathroom and private laundry. The private entrance is on a lower level of the new home with a self check in lock.


Kitchen: Brand new which features Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator.

The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, french press, assortment of coffee, teas as well as hot chocolate. Within the kitchen you will find a toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pans, serving and mixing bowls, silverware cooking and serving utensils wine opener measuring cups and spoons.

Laundry room: Has a private washing machine, dryer, laundry detergents and dryer sheets.

Bathroom: We provide towels, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a few other toiletries.

Yard: Yard consists of a putting green which has 3 putters. Perfect for practicing your putting before heading to Olympic View Golf Coarse less than 3 minutes down the road.

We had a wonderful stay! The suite was clean and spacious for my wife, son, and me. The putting green was amazing. Our time here helped with all the nervousness around dropping our kid off at uni! There was shopping and food nearby, and I went for a run (hilly ones at that!) every morning. Fun times, and would happily return!

Wonderful 2 bedroom suite with a putting green

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Only downside was finding parking around the street.

It was a great location. Place was clean, stocked with towels and extra blankets and pillows, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We brought groceries so it was easy to make meals. Backyard putting green was a bonus, with some additional games, kept us and the kids busy while at the place. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Was easy to find parking nearby.

Very clean well equipped 2 BR. Very nice and comfortable. Little far from downtown Victoria if that’s what you want. But convenient to get out and explore rest of the island. Definitely recommend.

Great property with spices and condiments in the kitchen. Kitchen is also well stocked with dishes and appliances. All you could need. Street parking available but limited. Construction on the new school was noisy in the morning but was quiet otherwise.

Cute house, not great parking.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was excellent, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The putting green was fun and the location was very convenient. The only negative was the lack of parking. The listing said that parking was available but that actually meant street parking only in a very limited area. Most of the small neighborhood had “no parking” signs. We had to park in do not park areas for half of our days there. Not a huge deal but just be aware if you have a bigger vehicle or multiple in your party you may struggle with parking. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We would absolutely stay again.

We stayed in the area for several days, really enjoyed the location. Got some good recommendations for local places to check out. Honestly the biggest surprise about the location was that it was better in person than the photos suggested.

Victoria et ses environs en famille

Condo très confortable et bien équipé idéalement situé à proximité de grands parcs pour la randonnée et de la ville de Victoria pour le tourisme. La communication avec l’hôte est facile et aidante. Le mini golf à l’arrière est un bonus fort agréable! Je recommande fortement!

Bright, Clean, everything you need!

We were pleasantly surprised as we walked in, bright, clean space with all the amenities to feel at home. Well laid out plan and the whole family loved the outdoor putting area. Close to everything you could possible need. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay!

Beautiful property - in fact the pictures didn't do it justice! Very light and bright throughout and loved the fact that every amenity we needed was available. Internet was a little slow and would recommend that you have a vehicle if staying in this location. But we were still able to get buses, so it worked out. Great property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Home away from home

This property has everything you would possibly need while traveling. It's a close drive to restaurants and shopping. I was even able to make cupcakes! I would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here. The unit was spotless and was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The hosts went over and above by doing things like dropping off a snow brush when an unexpected snow storm hit. We enjoyed the little putting green! This will be our go-to place for all future visits.

Beautiful Property with Exceptionally Stocked

The house is beautiful. It is new and well stocked. Kitchen dishes and utensils were exceptional. I have never stayed in a rental that is so well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. We stayed in a 2 bedroom basement suite that is a walkout basement. Had a nice patio to sit on and the suite has lots of windows to let daylight in. I would love to stay there again. Suite was very quiet and private. Owners were very friendly.
