Beautiful features. A very comfortable 60 m² villa, fully renovated in February 2023, located in the magnificent Santa Giulia Bay within a lovely, tree-lined and flower-filled residence, sheltered from prying eyes.<br>The villa consists of:<br>- a large living area with, on one side, a brand-new (2023) fully equipped kitchen: large fridge-freezer (234 L), induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, all kitchen essentials, table, chairs, etc.; on the other side, the living room with a corner sofa, pull-out bed, and TV (TNT).<br>- a bathroom equipped with a sink and a standard shower. <br>- a separate toilet.<br>- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a large walk-in closet;<br>- a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x200 single bed on a mezzanine (for children only), along with a large walk-in closet;<br>- a large, fully equipped terrace featuring a large teak garden table and chairs, lounge chairs, a wooden pergola, and a gas grill. Another brick-built charcoal grill is also available. <br>A crib is available upon request.<br>The villa is fully air-conditioned.<br>Access to the legendary Santa Giulia Beach is a 10-minute walk through the residential complex.<br>Near the villa, you’ll find small shops, a bar, a tobacco shop, a variety of restaurants with themed nights, takeout pizza, a bread delivery service, and more. and you can access the pool at the “Carré Noir” restaurant (minimum purchase required)—all within walking distance!<br>During the summer months of July and August, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.<br>Optional cleaning service available.<br>Sheets are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Towels are not provided.<br>Many water sports are available on the beach (diving, jet skiing, boat rentals, paddleboats, etc.) and in the surrounding area. For mountain lovers, there are many hiking trails and the challenging GR20—there’s something for everyone!<br>Ideally located between Porto-Vecchio (15 minutes) and Bonifacio (25 minutes).<br>Figari Airport is 15 minutes away.<br>
