Last minute getaway to the Cottages at Kings Creek (Plantation) by Spinnaker.
Book for travel within the next 30 days only. 3 night minimum. 7 night maximum stay.

Private King one bedroom unit features a whirlpool tub/shower, mini kitchen and separate living room with full size sleeper sofa.
Relax, refresh and recharge! Busch Gardens, local shopping, fantastic restaurants and discount golf only minutes away.

NO sales/timeshare presentation required!
Resort policy: Reservation/bookings must be made at least four days prior to check in.
CHECK IN THURSDAY OR FRIDAY ONLY IF STAYING FOR JUST 3 NIGHTS
($75 refundable security deposit due at check-in)
Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.

Weekend Getaway

Very nice property overall and the cottage itself was clean and cute. It was all we needed as a party of 3 for the weekend, but it was definitely a little smaller in person than from pictures online. The only hiccup was that it was on the back end/side of another larger unit, and there was a shared door between them (locked) but with a large gap under the door. We could hear everything from the other unit, which was a little disruptive/annoying, but didn't bother us as much as it would others I'd imagine. I was impressed though that the unit had everything you would need between the bathroom and kitchen, like utensils, plates, appliances, towels, toiletries, so that was super convenient. We were also really close to the aquatic and activities center which was great for us - walking distance.

My husband and I came for our daughter’s golf tournament. The property was super clean and comfortable. It’s exactly as it states on VRBO. I would 10/10 recommend this property. The hosts went over and beyond to help us out and make sure we were comfortable.

Quiet resting place

Property was quiet. We could hear the neighbors in the living room, but bedroom was perfectly quiet to recharge for the next day.Kitchenette is super tiny, not reasonable to actually really cook. That was ok with us, as we were out and about all day and really just needed somewhere to sleep. Coffee pot is wonky and filters weren’t provided. Finally, pictures don’t match the actual property we stayed at. Otherwise, suite was clean and functional!

great trip

Coffee filters would have been nice to have! The time share lady who gave me my parking pass was a little aggressive pushing me to attend a breakfast. Otherwise the facilities were amazing and the cottage was perfect!! Will definitely be back!!!

Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay, especially the indoor and outdoor hot tub and the playground. Our 3 year old enjoyed the jet tub for bath time. The only unpleasant experience was check in as they really try

It was ok

So the house was nice but when we checked in the lady at the front desk was very overwhelming trying to get us to go to a meeting about selling us time share even went as far as to call us 11 times in about 1 hour the only other issue we had was neighbors being drunk and loud

Great little place to get away

The place was exactly as described. Very clean, easy to get in, and even though there are lots of places around you its very quiet. There are lots of activites to keep you busy.

Family Getaway to Historic Triangle

This property worked great for the needs of our family of 4. No frills, but good amenities and location for an extended weekend in Williamsburg and Jamestown. We spent most of our days out and about, so all we really needed was a comfortable place to rest at night, and we got it.

Cute little timeshare cottage

The owner was fantastic- quick and accurate reply to question, easy booking process. The property is part of a larger timeshare community. Check-in was easy and smooth. Unit was as advertised. Small but perfect for our needs of just a place to crash between outings. Recommend this listing.

So peaceful

We loved our stay here. It would have been 5 stars except for a couple of things. First the Hispanic lady at the front desk was too pushy when trying to get us to sit in on a time share presentation. We had driven 9 hours and were tired. I chose this listing because we didn’t have to do one of these. Secondly, we wanted a first floor unit because of stairs and we did get a first floor unit but there were about 10 steps up to the entrance. Other than these two issues, it was a great place and I would definitely come back, even with the above hiccups! Also our host was very helpful and easily accessible when needed.

This property is very close to all the major attractions.

It had the convenience of home away from home... It had plenty of room for 4 people. The kids loved the jetted tub. The pool takes reservations for two hours so it takes some forethought to pick which days you want to go. The hot tub is closed. We played miniature golf and the fitness room has age restrictions. The tennis courts were close to our cottage.

Clean, affordable stay close to attractions

This place is perfect for a couple. It was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the Kingsmill Spa. It is also super close to Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. It is connected to another cottage and it was easy to hear anything that was going on with the neighbors. Other than that, the neighborhood is quiet. The hosts communicated with us very well. Thank you for a nice getaway!
