This home was perfect for our needs! Clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping options and a full kitchen! Great backyard to relax in also with string lighting and a fire pit. Can’t think of any negatives.

Spacious and comfortable!

We enjoyed staying here during our visit with family in the area. There was plenty of room for every one and the deck in the back was a favorite place to relax. A well-equipped kitchen was appreciated and this cozy house was perfect for our stay! It is close to shops and restaurants..only a short drive away.

Great Stay

We booked the property for 3 nights for a wedding party and it was a wonderful stay. We took advantage of the fire pit and back deck and it was great. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the house was very clean. The responsiveness of the host was wonderful as well and they let us check in early on the day of our arrival. Overall, a great stay!

GREAT location - close to everything

This house was close to everything we needed; within 5-10 minutes of grocery, restaurants and the equine clinic we attended. Clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We will be back!

Great Xmas vacation

Summer Vacation

We had a great time staying in North Carolina. The house was the perfect location for what we had planned. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, not something we have always encountered. My only complaint is that the mirror and shower head were not made for tall people, but we've learned to adapt. We would definitely stay here again.

Best host ever, Amazing Home

This was my best house rental experience ever!!!!! The host were excellent they went above and beyond for us. From the time I booked until the the time we checked out they were readily available, answered any questions I had and they were very kind. When we arrived at the house we were blown away with the cleanliness, the decor and the landscape everything was beautiful, they even provided supplies that you may have forgot to bring with you . At checkout my friends car wouldn't start I reached out to Mark to let him know we had to wait for a tow, and he offered to come over and help us he even ended up getting the car started we were all so appreciative to him and his wife for coming over to help they really went above and beyond for us if I could give them 20 stars I would . Book this place you will not be disappointed!!

Don’t book here

Booked to stay here. Was in communication with Mark, they took my money, sent me check in instructions and the morning of checking in I emailed to ask if we could check in early since we had red eye flight, Claudia emailed me that she didn’t know we booked back on Jan 6, canceled my reservation, leaving us to find something else with a response, “I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do except refund your money.” I did receive my payment back, however everything else left to book on no notice was super expensive, but what do they care. Karma! Horrible host they should not be labeled a premier host that’s for sure!

Very convenient to everything we needed. 1 mile to shopping center with grocery store and restaurant. Mark answered all questions prior to the visit and was accommodating to our needs

Short weekend stay

We were greeted with a lit Christmas tree, glowing fire place and Christmas ambiance. Perfect for our family Christmas weekend getaway. Its such a great house and perfect location to every where we wanted to be.

Private location, spacious property

Spacious home and outdoor space, comfortable beds, and living area. Loved having use of grill and equipped kitchen. The hallway shower had poor water pressure and was not useable. Great spot close to baseball fields. We were happy to stay there and would go back.

Wedding weekend

Family Reunion

The house is beautiful, modern, and comfortable - I would love to live there. The weather was so cold (20s and 30s) that we did not go outside but would have loved to spend time in the fenced-in back yard which includes a grill, firepit and lots of seating. Co-owner Claudia was very accommodating and brought us some firewood for the wood-burning indoor fireplace and was available to address any needs we might have.

Harry Styles Concert

It was the best time. Love the backyard. It’s quiet and so peaceful. Will be staying again and going to the Lake… Owners are sweet people. Easy to get to. They have everything you need in case you forgot something.

Perfect getaway outside Raleigh

My family and I loved this property! It had plenty of lounging space for all 6 of us guests and the location was perfect--not too far from downtown Raleigh and really close to downtown Apex. We especially loved the firepit and lights out back! The host was great with communicating and the check-out process was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.
