This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront Sand Dollar condo offers a huge balcony with expansive views of the ocean. This unit has a full Kitchen. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors with new blinds that walk out onto the balcony. Brand new cottage dining table and chairs in September 2020. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Both bedrooms and the living room have TV's in them. A stylish barn door leads into the master bedroom. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a brand new Nectar mattress in 2021 and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. Brand new stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker in September 2020. New stove and dishwasher in 2021. New coastal decor. The community offers a heated pool. The condo sleeps up to 6 people. Minimum 7 night stay. Just step onto the beautiful Daytona Beach .

Beautiful Great condo

Clean, fully furnished, will stay again there when we return to Daytona Beach. Close to a lot of activities. Owner great to work with.

Another great stay

Another great stay. John is an absolute joy to work with. Balcony was closed for some refurbishing, but the condo was in 1st class shape as always. Making plans for our next trip.

Nice stay

The condo was nice. There was construction going on during the stay which we were told of prior to the visit. The master bedroom bed was very very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo is beautiful and has plenty of space and amenities. The beach is clean. The pool area is relaxing. The beds and seating areas were so comfortable and they provide plenty of towels as well as beach chairs and toys. We loved that the grocery store was within walking distance also. The views are spectacular. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional place!

We were so happy with our stay at Sand Dollar. As always, the unit was exceptionally clean and well furnished. It’s like being at home with the beach as a gift. The host is great to work with and accommodates everyone as best as possible. We look forward to coming again and enjoying the evening experience breeze on the balcony. Great place!

Summer vaca

Very enjoyable condo to have rented for the week. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and clean. Well stocked with everything we needed and had spectacular ocean views. Hopefully we can rent again next year. Thank you for a wonderful experience at the beach!!!!!

Wonderful vacation!!

We had a great vacation!! John was an excellent host! We had an air mattress deflate and a new queen size one and pump were delivered the next day! Everything from beach towels to coffee were supplied! We will definitely be back!!

Condo has everything you need!

Great views and sounds of the ocean. Condo is as pictured. The only downfall was we couldn't access the pool, hot tub or access to the beach as the area was roped off due to ongoing construction. Beach is accessible one building down. Elevators were a little dirty, which is to be expected due to construction on other condos.Condo literally had everything you will ever need. Master bed was incredibly comfortable. We will stay here again when we are in the area!

Already Booked again

New owner contacted us and honored our reservation, was so helpful, easy to communicate with and the condo was a knock out, new appliances, super nice staff at office, clean a lot of necessities already there. The balcony and the VIEW were over the top, the beach here is fantastic, pool and spa were very nice. We loved so much we already booked it again this year!!!

Great condo. Great location.

Condo is clean, neat, up to date, well decorated and situated on the beach convenient to many amenities. Steps to the beach were erased by the storms but they're working on them. Much work going on with expected noise but we were informed ahead of time. Owner great to work with. Nice stay.

Wonderful vacation!

Beautiful place in a great area right on the beach. Rooms were well furnished with everything anyone might need. Just like home. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable beds, garage parking. We enjoyed having comfortable beach chairs, umbrella, towels and other beach items available for use. We’ve already booked again for next year! Thank you, Mr Burney! You’re a great host!

Beautiful condo

Our family had a wonderful week in Daytona. The condo unit was absolutely amazing. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The unit, was spotless and decorated so nice. The kitchen was furnished very well with everything needed to cook a nice meal. The unit had plenty of beach towels, chairs, etc, available for us to use. Check in was easy and the owner also made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We look forward to returning and will definitely stay here again!

Another great vacation

Probably the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this property. The Burney’s are a joy to work with. The condo was spotless (as usual) and very well appointed. There is some work going on @ The Sand Dollar & when they realized it was going on during our stay, they let us know & gave us the option to cancel. We opted to stay & other than a little noise, it was the usual enjoyable 2 weeks. Always great to come to Daytona!

The view is everything!

My fiancé and I always come to Daytona for our yearly vacation and came across this condo. It was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. John was wonderful and very helpful. There were some balcony restoration going on throughout the entire week which was extremely loud hard to deal with but that wasn’t the owners fault. He let us know beforehand when booking. The condo overall was amazing. My boyfriend proposed that trip so forever a special place to us.

Everything was just as we expected. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. Very well stocked kitchen area. Everything we needed for a pleasureable stay. The area is wonderful and within walking distance for groceries, and food. Pool was great and so was the beach. Owners where prompt for any concerns. Easy acess to condo and garage without any problems. Beds where comfortable and TV's all worked and easy to use. Condo is in very good condition and comfy. We loved it.
