There are floor to ceiling windows and patio access water views from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The Kitchen opens up into the living area so everyone can visit while entertaining or preparing meals. The dining tables seats 6. The Kitchen has a full range of utensils and stainless appliances. Black out drapes make sleeping cozy for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa or master bed. Spacious Balcony with room for everyone. Great for Families, Girls Getaways, Golf Trips and Couples Getaways. Great communication with owner. They stepped up super fast to address a minor issue. I really appreciated that. This unit has a great view! We are a family of 4. Kids are 21 & 20. Cooked meals in unit and the washer/dryer was helpful. I’d definitely recommend this unit!

Beautiful accommodations along with an amazing view. The building is near the outlet mall along with many other shops and restaurants. Great to be right on the beach as well. Highly recommended staying here!

The condo is beautiful! Very tastefully decorated and clean. The condo is well appointed with everything you need including a blender, multiple coffee makers and even a crockpot. We appreciated that there was an abundance of towels available. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and requests. The beach service provided was a great inclusion that we really appreciated since we were traveling from out of state. We were impressed with how well the grounds are maintained. The beach is beautiful! The pools were cleaned daily and there was continuous upkeep all over the resort. The location is walkable to many restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved it! The view is better in person! The location is great - near tons of restaurants and shops. Everyone seemed to tell us we were there in a off week ie middle of August. The building wasn’t crowded, easy parking, pool and beach access!

Lovely Location

We had such a great stay here! The location is ideal, right across from the outlets, you can walk to Win Dixie and CVS. The kids loved walking down to the Surf Hut for dinner. And the bar at the pool was a life saver for lunchtime pool breaks. Beautiful! Also the beach chairs were great, we would get down early to reserve chairs and then come down when the kids woke up to spend the day on the beach, such a great vacation!

Much needed break!!

From booking to departure the experience was seamless. A beautiful home, well appointed, clean and even fresh flowers The owners were terribly kind to respond to questions prior to the stay. My only regret is that vacation had to end.

Great location on Miramar Beach!

Great location on Miramar Beach! We felt like we were close to everything but also had a spot to ourselves! The beach front was reserved for guests at the condo, so we had chairs and an umbrella set up for us every day. The beach team was super helpful and always had a nice spot for us. All of us enjoyed the hot tub and we also loved our balcony - we enjoyed coffee and chats outside daily, and saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. The master bedroom is super comfortable. Also, the poolside snack stand was open two of the days we were there, so we could enjoy cold drinks and fun snacks. The outlets are just across the street and our teenagers enjoyed walking to Starbucks right down the road. There are so many great locations within just a few miles of the condo - we had dinner outside one night at the Village at Baytown Wharf and checked out the live gators at Fudpuckers. The hosts had a GREAT guidebook of local options that was current and covered everything we needed. This was a perfect spot for the four of us on this trip!

Family spring break

We have stayed in various condos at Edgewater over the years. This condo is exceptionally clean and well kept! Beds and furniture were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. We were appreciative that beach set up was included and the owner providing beach towels and additional chairs to use during our stay. Owner was quick and clear with communication. Everything about our stay went smoothly and I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay directly on Miramar Beach!

Wonderful stay. It was nice to have the beachfront view! Staff at the beach were very friendly. Great location! Mattresses in 2nd bedroom need to be replaced, otherwise everything was great!

We are two old fraternity brothers who decided with our wives to buy a beach property at Edgewater after becoming empty nesters! Steve and Arian Orlando are from Frisco, TX, and Bryan and Cathy Booth are from Mount Pleasant, SC. We all love the beach and love Edgewater. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Before purchasing our own unit, we had come to Edgewater with our families several times. We always said one day we would buy one if we could. We purchased this one from William and Donna Arkell of Imagine Destin, LLC, who quickly became friends. We Love sitting on the balcony and drinking our coffee in the mornings - the view is amazing! It is right on the sand, is well maintained, and has a true resort feel. The greenspace and the playground are perfect places for children to play, and the pool is area is large and beautiful. Two pools, hot tub, kiddie pool and just a few short steps from the beach. We also love the easy access to the beach, pool, shopping, & dining. Everything is easily accessible. We hope to share our home with not only previous guests, but also with new guests who will come stay with us again and again.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The first time we saw this rental unit, we felt at home. Like stated before, the east facing balcony makes morning coffee a pleasant way to start the day. It also provides shade from the afternoon sun. We spend most of our time either on the balcony or on the beach! We also love that you can also enjoy the amazing view from the Master Bedroom as well. The unit is quiet, peaceful and relaxing...the perfect place for a getaway.
