Newly remodeled, spacious open common area including dining room, living room and kitchen.
Screened-in back porch facing patio with picnic table. Charcoal grill, large backyard with fire pit, covered front porch.
Central heat and air conditioning. TV with ROKU (no cable or satellite).
Close proximity to several wineries, approximately 1/2 mile to the Wine Hop for larger groups who need more accommodations, 1.5 miles to Running Horse Farm , 3.9 miles to the Harpersfield Covered Bridge Metro Park, 5 miles to The Spire Institute, 7 miles to Downtown Geneva - Home of the Grape Jamboree and 12 miles to Geneva on the Lake.
Water is supplied via a private well, you may prefer to bring your own bottled drinking water.

This was our fourth time staying at the property and each stay is just as good as the last, if not better. The house is so clean and organized and the outside is immaculately kept as well. We always appreciate the special touches and extras left by the host. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Geneva/Madison area. It’s like your own home away from home!

Wine Country Weekend

We went with 2 other couples and wanted to check out the local wineries and Geneva on The Lake. We loved the house. Super set up and clean with a great yard. Very good location for wineries visiting.The place is great , they really treat their guests very well.

Great house in a quiet nieghborhood close to wineries. This was our second stay for a girls weekend. Perfect for having dinners together at night had chilling out. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch.

Perfect home away from home

This is absolutely the best property we’ve stayed in. Dennise and Randy have thought of everything. So clean, peaceful and just all around perfect! It’s the only place in Geneva we will stay.

Family Wedding

The house and property are awesome!!! Stay was relaxing!! We had plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy together. The listing pictures don't do it justice!! Was super clean!! Will hopefully stay again!

Daughter's surprise 50th Birthday

We spent the 1st day touring the local wineries and celebrating with my daughter's friends who totally surprised her. The 2nd day was just my husband, daughter, granddaughter and great grandson who spent the day checking out the covered bridges and small town of Geneva, enjoying lunch at a 50's style diner in town. Played some lawn games in the spacious back yard and walked down the street to visit some horses. The evening was pizza, wings and subs from Rosemary's with left over cake, cookies and popcorn, along with movie night on Netflix. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you Dennise for your hospitality, the card and gift you left for my daughter and your beautiful, spacious and super clean house. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in Ohio wine country!!!!

Great getaway from Family wedding

House provided a much needed hideaway - we didn't get to enjoy the surrounding wineries etc but there are a lot and the colors were spectacular. House was just as it appeared in the photos.

Perfect home away from home

We have stayed at the Ware house many times. It is absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. The house is so clean and the grounds are so well maintained. Dennise is a wonderful host.

Perfect place to stay

This property was the perfect place for us. The house is newly remodeled and in pristine condition. Denise covered every detail. Backyard with fire pit is spacious and private, even has yard games provided. This is a great place for anyone taking in the wineries, there are many close by. Geneva on the lake is only a half hour away. Easy drive. We enjoyed our time here very much and would highly recommend the Ware House.

Perfect getaway

The host responded quickly with any questions I had and the property is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised that the host thought of everything and even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. I definitely recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

3rd Stay - Fabulous as always!

This is our third stay at the Ware House and we absolutely love it here. This house is so clean and there are so many personal touches that make this house feel like home. There were some new lovely additions to the house which was surprising because we didn’t think this house could get better, but it did! Dennise and Randy are wonderful hosts with great communication. I would recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be back.
