Cozy cottage in amazing Burnett county! This cottage has the highest quality appliances and furniture to make your stay comfortable and hassle free.
While this cottage has an airplane hangar (46' X 36") with automatic 40' door, a 1765' grass runway, and use of a car (2018 Equinox 23,000 miles) making this the perfect vacation rental for the pilot, it is open to any vacationer that wants to spend time on dozens of nearby lakes, restaurants, and local shopping.
Included in the rental is access to Johnson lake with a pontoon, diving platform, and dock space.
The cottage has 1 king sized bed.

My husband and I flew here for our anniversary. The grass runway was well maintained, and the hangar was clean and easy to use for the plane. The home had everything we needed, including firewood for a campfire one night. Quiet and peaceful location, great for seeing all the stars too!

Nice relaxing week in Wisconsin

Cool location, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for us. We were able to bring our dog which was nice. We had smores a few times and enjoyed having access to the pontoon. Was nice not having to worry about neighbors. Owner was very responsive, good Wi-Fi access. Got to see a plane come and go as well!

We really loved this super unique property. It’s not too often that you can watch cows and airplanes at the same time. Almost everything in the cabin was brand new and we had a very relaxing stay. It was in the 90’s and the AC kept the cabin very cool. We enjoyed how quiet it was with multiple lakes within minutes of the cabin. Having use of the pontoon boat was an excellent perk, we spent most days swimming and lounging on it. Kelly was an awesome host, we’ll stay here again in the future.

Best stay ever!

We had an event in the area and. Finding a place Labor Day weekend was tough. So happy we booked Kelly’s place! Kelly was wonderful at communicating information & stopped by to help us out. It was perfect for us. Clean, roomy, quiet! It was also close to many recreational activities such as fishing, boating, ATV trails

Relaxing and Private with lake access

This is our second time staying at this property and we hope to be back again. Private, well equipped with great amenities such as use of a pontoon boat, fire pit and pool/game building. Kelly is an extremely responsive and flexible host. Highly recommended if visiting friends in the area or just looking for a relaxing getaway.

Up north vacation

We found Connors landing to stay out in the backwoods, our stay up here was great! We enjoyed our stay on the property nice spacious home witth great coookware, a place to have a fire outside it also had a pool table, but most importantly it had a pontoon boat. We had alot of fun fishing, Kelly was a great host, super nice and overall it was just a pleasure. Thanks kelly, well be back!

Generous Host

We stay at Kelly's place for proximity to a family lake home. The furnishings are comfortable and there are plenty of amenities including a game room, pontoon access and a vehicle for use if needed. Great host!

The Beaver Trail Riders weekend getaway

This rental is under sold! Beautiful layout, perfect for 4 people. Kelly is an A+ host! The bed is comfortable, kitchen is supplied for cooking, seating is appropriate for four. Fall getaway

Had a wonderful time! Location is wonderful- a short drive to trails, restaurants, etc, with plenty of space at the rental for enjoying time outside with family or letting the dog run. Kelly had great recommendations and the rental had everything we needed.

Quiet and Relaxing Time Away

We had a great stay while visiting family in the area. The extra room on the site was perfect for our child and dog to run and explore. Kelly was so welcoming and friendly throughout our whole stay and helpful when needed. We have this rental favorited and anytime we come up to this area we will be reaching out to Kelly to rent. Perfect, Quiet Retreat Close to Lakes

This property fit our needs perfectly and Kelly was an amazing host. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you would need and very comfortable. We really appreciated the wide open spaces for our dogs to run as well. Having use of the Pontoon Boat was a fantastic perk. Definitely recommend and would stay here again when next in the area.

Great Host

Kelly was an amazing host! The property was clean and had the perfect amenities. Kelly was always available if we had questions. We will be booking for next year and bringing our family along!! Fishing was excellent on Johnson Lake. 5 stars for this property for sure.

Most Generous Host…Ever!

We booked our stay to visit my grandpa and family for a very short trip. Kelly was overly kind and quick to respond! The property was stunning, clean, quiet and very comfortable with ample space and amenities. The offer to use the pontoon boat was a highlight of our family’s time together. Babymoon getaway

Was the perfect weekend away! Great space to enjoy a bonfire, let the dog run, head into town for lunch or dinner. Kelly made sure the pontoon was ready for us so we could enjoy a beautiful evening on the lake. Pontoon/lake is roughly 2 miles away from vrbo. Close to Danbury casino, yummy ice cream in siren at chimpmunk cheeks and good breakfast at the REC. Bed was incredibly comfy, nice space overall and full kitchen if you are staying for a while. Kelly was a great host and we can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent hidden gem

I can’t say enough good things about this property and the owner, Kelly! The amount of space outside for our boys to run, play baseball and just enjoy the outdoors was amazing. The pool room was a hit too! We spent two days on the pontoon and it was fantastic. All of the kitchen appliances and dishes are good quality and in great condition. Kelly was great to communicate with and had quick responses to any question we had.

I live a little less than 2 miles from the vacation rental property in a cabin on Johnson Lake. I manage beef cattle on the land surrounding the rental and the airstrip.

It has a beautiful living quarters, garage and hangar for your plane. The view over looking the pastures to the east is also beautiful.

Grass runway and hanger that allows you to fly in. There is a car available to see northwestern Wisconsin during your stay. Please confirm that your automobile insurance will cover the car when in use.
