Beautiful island home, large entrance to beach! Sun deck, ocean view, hot tub

Irresistible 3/2 beach home just steps from the ocean. This house boasts a giant sun deck with breathtaking views of the ocean. The backyard also has a lighted hot tub along with lights underneath the sun deck and a fire pit for nighttime fun. The inside is spacious, kid-friendly, with a large living room, open kitchen area and separate family room. The neighborhood is private with only one entrance in or out and it also hosts a wide, open walkway out to the beach. This house is great for everyone from singles, couples, small or large families! Can sleep up to 9 people on conventional beds, however we can accommodate up to 13 if the fold out sofa beds and Cordaroy Bean Bag are used!! Please note the fourth bedroom/bonus room has a set of bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top) which is only accessible from the outside rear of the house. Please enjoy our dream home away from home!

The host was very nice. We enjoyed the old downtown and the beach. The house was not the cleanest and there were roaches. There was plenty of room and we loved the layout and the grands enjoyed the keyboard.

My wife and I stayed with pup for a few days, and it was wonderful. The place is clean, well maintained, and the location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach right at the end of the street! Angel was the perfect host - great communication, easy check in and check out, well stocked kitchen and we used the grill outside a couple of times. It was a very cozy space that felt very much like a home, and the hot tub was wonderful in the evenings. We hope to be back again.

We Loved It!

The beach was 3 houses and a short pathway down on a paved road and sand path. Even for 13 people we were never cramped. The hot tub was wonderful with jet and bubble settings and extremely clean. The kids thought the backyard was huge and we were able to relax knowing they couldn’t go out into the street. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and very clean and so were the bathrooms. The laundry area allowed us to wash & dry clothes. The outdoor grille and gazebo area made it very relaxing and we had a small speaker to play music with quiet enjoyment. We really enjoyed the house and they had all sorts of extra water and sand toys for use which we really appreciated. We even had a 3 hour adventure where a seasonal pop up storm shut off the electricity in the entire neighborhood during which time we used our camping flashlights and played ghost story games. We had a lot of fun during the storm too which we knew is typical of Florida. We would love to rent there again and see why it stays booked.

You can’t get closer to the beach and bring your dog!

We had an amazing time at this house. So close to the beach. The house was great! Everything we needed was there. The sun deck is great to hang out on with a little view of the ocean. The yard is spacious in back and has more hang out space with seating. We did not use the hot tub but it looked like fun. We would definitely come back and stay. Our dog went from a city dog to a beach dog on this trip!

Great open concept space

The space was great, specially just the comfort of living room with open concept access to kitchen and dining space- it was great for our family reunion vacation. A very close walk to the beach and a few coffee shops and restaurants.

Loved the house

The family loved the house. The only thing is, it was too small. Even though 14 can sleep there it was not comfortable for the two that were on the couches. But we made the best of it, and had a great time in the lovely home!!

Summer Beach Trip

We made a spur of the moment trip to the beach house. Location was excellent, close to everything and very short walk to beach. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids to use in garage. The backyard with observation deck, covered patio, pavers, backyard shower and fenced backyard was great. Very pet and friendly. Even had a jacuzzi which we didn’t use because it was hot outside. Beds were very comfortable and they have everything you need. Would definitely make a return trip!

Wonderful beach home and amenities

This property was perfect for our large extended family! We loved the beautiful beach decor! Very comfortable and we appreciated the high chair and pak-n-play for our 12mos old granddaughter! The beach was minutes away and although very hot/humid, we loved our time using beach chairs, sun tent and wagon! We hope to come and enjoy again!!

Love St Augustine

We come as a family group every year and really enjoy this area, house was good for our family, close walk to the beach, really nice back yard and crows nest, 2 parrots sat on a power line right behind the house every morning! Quick access to 2 grocery stores and convenience stores, will be back again!

Perfect beach vacation

Just a few minutes walk from the beach, this delightful house was perfect for me and my two teenagers. Had everything we needed, with beach supplies in a garage/shed at the front of the house including a beach tent, chairs, and a beach wagon. All new appliances. Very comfortable beds. Just delightful, hope to stay again soon. Close to everything including restaurants and grocery stores.

Great Weekend

A great location and the beach was less crowded from this neighborhood. The outdoor deck and yard was great space to hang out. Inside was nice as well and plenty of space to sleep. The only complaint is the bunk room is small and outside access only. Angel was a pleasure and allowed an early check in which was real helpful. I would stay here again.

Amazing property!

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful beach house! The house was awesome and spacious! The house is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach access and the 2nd level observation deck provides an ocean view! The backyard was so nice with a patio under the observation deck, fire pit, and jacuzzi that honestly I did not want to leave it! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return! The host communication was timely and helpful with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Smaller than expected. Could accommodate 8 adults not 13. No live TV. Had to stream (cast) from our own uTube great pots and pans. No left over containers no working can opener. Needs rubber spatula. Always a great time with family and we all get along so crowded was ok.
