Perfect and unforgettable stay

The best we have been in Marco Island, the house is perfect, beautiful and well kept, we have been many times in the island, and believe me no one has ever been so kind and efficient in everything as Cindy, I recommend this house to everyone who is interested in going, there is nothing that Cindy can not do that is within her reach because you have a pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved the house, super comfortable and very well equipped, it had everything we needed to feel at home. The dock was such a great addition, perfect for sitting down, enjoying a glass of wine, and just talking and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better: very close to Publix and just a short drive to the beach. But the best part was definitely the hosts, they were so attentive and always available for anything we needed. They truly made our stay even better. 100% recommended, we’d definitely come back!

Would Rent Again

The house was in a great location. It was very comfortable with a good layout. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us often to make sure everything was good with our stay. We would stay there again.

We had a great time staying in this clean, very nice home. Great location, great pool, with a great neighbor who borrowed us fishing poles, life jackets & kayaks.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a few days and had an amazing time. The home is absolutely beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need. The view is beautiful from the outdoor patio in s very quiet neighborhood. Very close (walking distance) to several restaurants and Publix for groceries. Very comfortable beds and updated furniture! The owner Cindy is great and always available for any questions. Very promptly responded to any of my messages and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying at this home again!!

Great property in excelent neighborhood.

We Had great time at this property . We stayed there for a week with kids and they loved the pool and also how close beach was. Property was very clean and stocked up with everything that we needed to make our trip comfortable. Pool is great amenity and we used it a lot . Homeowner was easy to contact and was always available for us. We will definitely be coming back to this house in the future and highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Marco island .

Very nice property

Very nice, clean, spacious, like new house on the channel, a short drive to the Marco Island Beaches! Owner respond promptly and accommodates all reasonable requests! Only downside is limited parking at any Beach - it has nothing to do with the property, but good to keep in mind... We really enjoyed our time there! Wish we could go back soon!

Loved the property!

We, and another couple rented the property for the month of March. We’ve stayed in several other Marco homes over the last 10 years and found this home to be everything as represented - cleanliness, location, water frontage, well equipped kitchen and garage, and excellent communication with Cindy, the owner. We’ve already made plans to rent next year!

Great home perfect for a family vacation

Our host, Cindy, was great about communicating with us. Each inquiry was answered quickly and completely. House was well stocked with plenty of towels and extra sheets. The pool was wonderful, outdoor grill clean and in great condition. Plenty of seating for everyone inside and outside the house. We will likely stay again!

Lovely home with a great location

Great home and location on Marco Island for my wife daughter and I over the holiday week. The communication with the host made checkin easy along with any questions during the stay We did have problems with hot water during showers so if you are a larger group (we were only 3 people) I’d question to ensure you are not surprised after you book

Relaxing and Adventurous Stay!

This property was beautiful and in a nice calm neighborhood. The host was spectacular!! The communication was great, she let us check in early and check out late. The house was clean and stocked with standard items. The house has a dock which we fully used! it was great we rented a boat near by and was able to keep at the house during our stay. The home had everything you needed internet tv, heated pool, and a bbq! We loved it here, would definitely come back.

Five stars all around!

I truly can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Cindy’s home. We stayed for two weeks and didn’t want it to come to an end. The home was so comfortable, spacious and meticulous! It was equipped with all the necessities and more! Cindy was so delightful! She was just a text away if we had any questions and she ensured we had the best stay. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did. We hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful Property

The house was very nice, well-kept and the owner was very accommodating. We arrived and immediately was able to reach her to get the code to the house and she followed up to make sure we had no issue getting in the house and asked if we needed anything else. The house had everything we needed and there were coffee pods for our morning enjoyment. She also allowed us to check-out by 3pm given no-one was arriving on our check-out date. I kept a 36 foot boat at the dock and we enjoyed the pool . Finally, we were able to walk to a grocery store that was less than 1/2 mile away which was great given we arrived by boat. Would absolutely stay there again, highly recommend! Ed

Like coming home to your own place

This is a well maintained and equipped vacation house. Rental process as well as check in-/out was flawless. Owner (Cindy) always just a text message away. She is supportive and very friendly; we are very pleased. We had a great family vacation. The house is spacious, the pool invites you to relax. At least this is what we felt. For years we were renting another house which is now owned by other people. So we are happy that we found here our new “home” on Marco Island.

Excellent property for family vacation to Marco Island!

This is a great 3 bedroom, 2 bath property for family of 4 or 5. Sits waterfront along the canal and has a wonderful pool. There are some floaters for the pool and some other toys. Great views from the kitchen, living room and from master bedroom. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, pans etc and a great fridge and oven plus there is a grill for use. My wife did laundry a few times during our stay with a decent washer and dryer in the utility room. Good space in garage for you to park. The house is quietly located a few blocks off a Main Street in a cul de sac and is close to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and a grocery store (Publix). Lastly, Cindy, the property manager, was great! She communicated in advance, during and even after our stay. We’ll be staying here again!

Beautiful escape

The property is just as it states in the description. The lanai faces southeast which makes the sunrise extra special. The house is equipped with whatever you need. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Communication with the homeowner was through text and any issues or questions were addressed immediately. I would definelty go back!

Great vacation home

Our family of five (two adults and our kids ages 19, 17 and 14) rented this home for an eight day vacation at the end of July/early August. Since we made daily trips to either South Beach or Tigertail Beach, we appreciated the supplied beach towels, umbrella, two coolers, four beach chairs and beach cart. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, iron, towels, hair dryers, laundry detergent, paper products, etc). We enjoyed having our own pool and watching boats on the canal behind the house. The owners were accessible by phone for any questions we had during our stay..they made renting this property easy. We would have no hesitation with renting this house again!

Beautiful House; Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house, which couldn’t be in a better location. It’s so quiet and peaceful we could have believed we were in the country, though we were actually really close to great restaurants, beaches, and the main roads that would take us wherever we wanted to go. The house was equipped with pretty much everything we needed, and was spotless and beautifully laid out, which offered privacy for the separate groups of our family. We totally enjoyed the awesome pool, and watching the dolphins in the canal from the lanai. We appreciated the ease of contacting the owner and property manager, though we had no real need to do so. It was a wonderful time had by all, and we would LOVE to go back and stay again some day in the not-too-distant future!!

Paradise! Such a great property!

We stayed at this amazing home on one of Marco Island’s canals and it was heaven on earth. The home was immaculate, just as described and more! There were basic supplies there which was great to set started, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. The pool was glistening and being right on the water was great! We walked every morning and some evenings as well. Lots of great local restaurants within walking distance. We had no problems parking for the beach but I’d definitely go early if you are staying during a busy time. The owner and property manager were wonderful as well. We would definitely recommend this home and we plan on coming back!
