A stand-alone gem nestled against a wooded backdrop - well back from the main home - and wrapped in a huge, teak-furnished, blue stone patio with fire pit situated in a sunny opening in the mature tree canopy. Super comfy queen Murphy bed offers easy conversion of the well lit and modern main living space from living room & kitchen by day to main sleeping quarters at night. The adjoining room is a well appointed full bath and dressing area. Kitchen has large sliding picture window with outdoor service shelf to pass food and drinks onto the patio. Full sized fridge with ice maker and plenty of pantry and cabinet space. Two burner induction cooktop. Microwave / Convection Oven. Gas grill outside. Room darkening privacy shades. Appointed with basic cooking and serving tools. Electric griddle. Blender. On demand, continuous hot water heater. Plenty of clothes-hanging and storage space for vacation-length stays. Wall mounted flat screen Smart TV on swivel. WiFi. Two person indoor dinette on wheels. Outdoor dining table. 15,000 BTU HVAC, ceiling fan, whole home circulating fan, and attic exhaust fan. Very well insulated and quiet. Bluetooth speaker. Additional outdoor shower on back of main home available for any who desire to use it. One parking space dedicated to VRBO guests.

Mini Stay-cation

This tiny house is adorable. Its very well maintained and clean. I love the location: right in Annapolis so its close enough for all the local activities and cuisine, but still manages to be set apart from the bustle. Its a very quiet spot. Check-in and out was a seemless process. I loved the A-Z guide that answered all questions about the property and local recommendations. Excellent experience.

Wonderful stay

What a wonderful stay I had. This tiny house was perfect for me and my significant other. We were comfortable as soon as we entered the property. Everything was clean and welcoming. The tiki lights and my name on the parking place made me smile and made me feel special. We had all the amenities. We didn't have to go searching or buy anything. What an absolutely perfect stay! I hope I am allowed to come back!

Long weekend in Annapolis

My husband and I loved our long weekend in Annapolis. The Tiny House was the perfect base for us, and the hosts were super thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Exactly what were looking for. Close to Annapolis to enjoy being a tourist. Lovely evenings by the fire pit. Well equipment kitchen. Quite and relaxing. Will rebook for next year

Forget the hotel

Our stay at Lil' House was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautifully designed with attention to detail, situated at the back of a lovely wooded yard. It is located convenient to Annapolis, Sandy Point, and other vacation spots, yet private and quiet. Evenings at the fire pit, enjoying nature were relaxing. Great thought was put into making sure every possible need was met. I will return here every time I am looking to stay in the area. Forget those high priced hotels! Check out the Lil' House.

Lil house, big experience

There were no surprises. The “Lil House was exactly as advertised. The property was very well stocked, including breakfast basics, luxurious towels, and many extras. It was very pleasant to sit on the porch, and we enjoyed the well manicured lawn. We would certainly stay at this property again.

Luxury Tiny Getaway

Luxurious tiny home with every thoughtful accommodation provided. Wonderfully comfortable Murphy bed easily converts to sofa and living area. Warm touches: refrigerator stocked with complimentary breakfast foods and condiments; wide assortment of cold beverages provided for purchase; small reading library of appropriate getaway literature. Host is immediately available if needed, but absolutely unobtrusive. Beautifully constructed well appointed tiny house in a secluded private setting, yet very convenient drive to Annapolis. Downtown about 10 minute drive.

Nice and private tiny house

The property was clean and well maintained. The bed is a murphy bed, with a real mattress and very comfortable. I could see it being a challenge for some people to lower/raise, but the owners mention they can help with that if needed. It was not a problem for us. We really enjoyed the firepit (plenty of quality firewood!). The food in the fridge was expired, but can't knock that since it wasn't an expected benefit for us.

Lil’ House was a BIG hit!

We came to Annapolis for a little getaway and we looked for a place to stay. After searching for hotels and being disappointed on prices etc. we decided to try VRBO for the first time. We saw the Lil’ House and decided to take a chance. So HAPPY we did. It met our expectations above and beyond ! John, the host was amazing. Super friendly, accommodating and nice! The Lil’ House was fantastic. Amenities galore, tons of storage, quiet, parking was perfect, huge bathroom and dressing room, large refrigerator, great patio with fire pit and we loved Bentley, the Weimaraner!!!! Can’t thank John enough for making our stay the best ever. We will return and book another stay at the Lil’ House!

Love the Lil House!!

Everything about this property and stay was fantastic! The Lil House is a small guest house but has everything you would need. It is super clean, well equipped kitchen (only lacks a stove but has an electric griddle), great shower. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable! The outdoor sitting area around the fire pit, surrounded by beautiful peaceful woods was our favorite. Very close to Annapolis. The host had excellent communication & responded quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this place & will likely return - thank you!!

Everything you need!

Private, relaxing, clean and super quiet! John and Silas have thought of everything and their A to Z Guide was super helpful. The bed is comfy and we enjoyed using the fire pit.

Great Stay at the Lil House!!

This quaint and cozy space is lovely. A lot of attention to detail as far as the amenities. The space is great for a couple staycation or getaway. Perfect location near several eateries. Parking available. Very clean and neat and well maintained. Surrounded by woods provides the privacy and quiet stillness one often needs for a getaway location.

Peaceful break

I wanted a peaceful night away from my kids and husband so I could write and study. The LilHouse was perfectly peaceful and no distractions from anyone or anything. Would love to visit again.
