Ski View Condominiums are so well known amongst people who love coming to Red River for their vacation! They have so much to offer, such as great views, a massive community deck allowing guests the perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing weather that Red River has to offer. Use the Ski Views community gas BBQ grills (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate and Ski View Association) to show off your grilling skills! The Ski View Condos are right off Main Street making them perfect for any guest wanting to walk through the town, stopping in at the many stores and restaurants. You are even in easy walking distance to the Ski and Summer Area. Enjoy the commons area that is provided by the Ski View Condos, a great place for anyone wanting to get away and watch some TV, play games, or even do laundry with the coin-operated washer/dryer that is provided for all Ski View guests to use. Even though these units are Condo s, when you step through the front door you will be amazed at how roomy these units truly are! They are so spacious that it is a better choice than a lodge or a hotel! Ski View #11 is located on the first floor. It is a spacious open concept, well-appointed condo - approx. 1200 sq.ft. It has a designated parking space, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The King Bedroom to the right has a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV with Direct TV. The Queen Bedroom to the left has a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV with Direct TV, and an Xbox with a few games (or bring your own). There is a Queen Sofa sleeper located in the living area. The living area also includes a flat-screen TV with Direct TV and DVD/VCR player with many movies to watch/choose from or bring your favorites. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, Crockpot, and much more. There is a sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided during the winter months). This is a cozy place to enjoy a warm fire on a chilly New Mexico night. There are beautiful views of the Ski Area from the living room. There is a large patio area with barbeque grills and tables. Ski View is located within walking distance of shopping and dining, close to the Ski Area, and is on the transit line.

Great Stay!

This condo has been updated since the last time we stayed. Plenty of room to relax and has a well stocked kitchen. The location in town is perfect - far enough that it doesn’t have folks walking by all the time but close enough that everything is within walking distance. We would definitely start again!

Exactly as described

Spent a few days for a ski vacation. Location is great. You can see the Torchlight Parade from the front porch. Spacious living/dining areas. We enjoyed it!

Too far from ski lift to walk. Unit 11 was nice and clean. Looks like they have done some upgrades and again very clean. It was very noisy with units above us and on the sides. Very difficult to park in assigned parking due to others double parking. The actual unit is nice just parking and noise from others was a bit annoying.

Condo Red River

The condo is conveniently located on the edge of town outside the commotion. The condo was clean and prepared for us on time. It is not overly stocked, there was not even a pencil or paper to take notes. Prepare to bring your own alarm clock, napkins, tin foil, baggies, cooking oil, and assortment of spices. There is easy access to a single parking space but it is not covered. The laundry is also not located within the condo. There is one coin operated ($1.50) washing machine in a common area. The change machine was out of quarters for our stay but the property manager was able to conjure up some quarters for us. The dryer is free of charge. Overall experience was grand.

Great place!

This was a great place. Our only complaint was that we tried to time it so that we could get there right at check in, we had a 9 hour drive, only to be told it was not ready and we had to wait over an hour to get into our condo. Other than that it was a great experience. We would stay there again!
