Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 38 m² flat in Barèges, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the mountain air. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, fan-assisted oven, microwave grill, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with small freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 cabin: bunk beds.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC

Outside:
- A terrace of approximately 8 m², facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For added convenience: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Barèges is a small village nestling in the middle of the forest at an altitude of 1,240 m, the highest health resort in France. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Activities :
- In summer and winter alike, you can take advantage of the Citeleo thermal play centre with its starry vault and breathtaking views over the valley.
- Come and enjoy the largest ski resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées. The free ski-bus shuttle runs every 30 minutes in winter and takes you to the foot of the slopes.
- Hiking, mountain biking, spa treatments, balneotherapy, snowshoeing, skiing, paragliding...

Transport :
- You can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle).

Other remarks :
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be paid to our on-site service provider). Price 70€.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Sheets + pillowcases: 35 euros for the first bed and 25 euros for subsequent beds. 1 large towel, 1 small towel and 1 tea towel: 8 euros per person.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
