Stunning sunsets from La Terrazza di Casa d'Olival

Located on a picturesque hill, in front of the small medieval village of Serravalle Pistoiese, Casa d'Olival is the perfect refuge to relax and explore Tuscany. A short drive away you will immerse yourself in the Florence of Giotto and Michelangelo, go for a stroll on Lucca's city walls and visit the Chianti vineyards for an experience to be savoured. During your stay, you will enjoy a private panoramic swimming pool with an incredible view over the valley and breathtaking sunsets!

Casa d'Olival was an XVI centuries-old farmhouse. Recently restored, it is almost as old as the enchanting folk tales that animate the Tuscan hills. Located at an altitude of about 340m, the villa is immersed in olive groves and surrounded by chestnut and oak woodland.
This villa is a hidden jewel halfway between Florence and Lucca divided into three apartments, two of which are open to our guests. The apartments are completely independent, equipped with all comforts and expertly furnished.

The house consists of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a lovely living area to host a wine tasting for two and a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and dining area.
It is the romantic place par excellence: here you will marvel at unique sunsets and savour unforgettable summer evenings.

Il Glicine (The Wisteria)
When the balcony doors are open, a light breeze blows through this bright apartment, creating a comfortable and peaceful environment. The spacious master bedroom faces north-west. The modern bathroom has a marble-tiled shower. The kitchen is on a split lower level and separate from the main room. The spacious living area will allow you to relax and dine, accompanied by the view of the rolling Tuscan hills. The apartment has private access with parking on the main road.

• A 6x12m swimming pool open from June 16th to the end of September.

Pool closes at 9pm
Relax on the sunbeds or under the shaded gazebo.
• Bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
• The tap water comes from a 235m deep well and, since it is not filtered, although the water analysis shows it is safe to drink, we recommend to use it for washing fruit and vegetables and for its everyday use only.
• Guests who prefer a more active holiday can plan excursions on various paths or program experiences that the area offers.
