**UPDATE** Hunter Mountain is now open for the 2023-2024 ski season!

A true ski-in and ski-out condo with a keyed access door leading you out to Hunter's Kaatskill Flyer high speed lift. There is no other location on the mountain which is as convenient or as well kept. Enjoy access to the mountain without having to pile into a car with all of your equipment, unbeatable access for those in your party who want to be the first on the slopes.

Everyone, and especially kids, love being able to stop in for mid-day snack, lunch, and drink breaks. Enjoy après-ski at the bar and restaurant downstairs and take the elevator up to your serene sound-proofed private space upstairs. Non-skiers in your group will appreciate relaxing slopeside and being part of the action without having to strap on a pair of boots.

Enjoy this extra clean, spacious, convenient, and luxurious home at Hunter Mountain. The luxury property is located above the Mountain’s Main Lodge and accessed by a
private elevator.

Wake up to sweeping majestic mountain views and pamper yourself in this immaculate home with a full service kitchen, 7 real bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 4 fireplaces.

This spacious home is perfect for large families, groups, weddings, reunions, and more with large common space and comfortable sleeping for 20+.

This home is 3,750 square feet of luxury, approximately 2 hours north of New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut and easily accessible from the NY Thruway.

Your booking includes two reserved parking spots less than 100 feet from the private elevator for condo residents. Ample free parking is also available nearby for additional vehicles.

Please note that amenities in the neighboring Kaatskill Mountain Club hotel, such as the pool and hot tub, are NOT included as part of this rental.

Fantastic Stay on Hunter Mountain

My extended family stayed on Hunter Mountain in this beautiful and expansive condominium. It was spacious, clean, and well decorated and it met our needs perfectly for our group of 13 with beds to spare. We enjoyed going up the chairlift, visiting nearby sites, and using the pool and exercise room. Thank you for a wonderful family reunion location!

Location! Location!

You just can’t beat the location and easy access with kids. House was big, so many bedrooms. Kids loved it. Easy access thru back door and down the stairs to the mountain. Awesome ski in ski out location.

Great ski vacation

We stayed with our extended family and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal, right on the mountain. The condo was beautiful and very clean. One thing we noticed is the rental lists 7 bedrooms, but there are 6 (don't know why 7 are listed). We hope to return next year!

Thank you so much. We loved having you guys stay with us. As far as that 7th bedroom, we call it our "emergency' bunk room. Its a small tucked away room that has a set bunk beds just right for the unexpected guests or for baby sitters ... or anyone.

Property is clean, well stocked, spacious and literally in the heart of Hunter mountain skiing with a lift and everything else steps away from your front door. Host is so communicative and helpful and a delight to work with. If you are going with a big group you will love this spot!

Such a beautiful place to stay with a group, clean and home friendly.

Stayed for two nights with our women’s golf league, fourteen of us in all. The extra large dining room table made a great spot for eating and games. We had a wine and cheese party at the top of the mountain, followed by swimming, Hot tub and sauna. A beautiful and perfect weekend.

The best place to stay on the mountain, by far.

This condo is not only huge, beautiful, and well designed- its convenient location makes it the best place to stay at Hunter. Located right above the base lodge, it's easy access makes it wonderful for large groups and those with small children. The unit was clean and well maintained; the upscale furniture and cozy decor only added to the experience. The owner is responsive and accommodating. We would (and will) highly recommend this condo.

What a great experience! This property is such a gem. If you’re looking for a spot to go with family/friends for a ski trip, look no further. Utterly Fantastic Place

We were looking for a large place we could all be together to celebrate our Fathers' 91st birthday. This place was absolutely perfect. Great space in the central area for conversation, card games and eating. The bedrooms were comfortable, roomy and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was very adequate to accommodate all the cooks in the kitchen at once. And the owner was helpful in helping us with some special accommodations. All positive comments from our whole group.

Location and Service

What an amazing experience. If you're looking for an all inclusive style Ski vacation, this is the spot. We were first on the mountain and the last off, and when we wanted to break for lunch, we just went inside. We had fun in the lodge and saw fireworks right outside the property. Memories for a lifetime with room for all 20 people that stayed there. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful.

Gorgeous with custome made furniture Condon - Love it!

Super clean, huge size condo - our company had 20 people and it didnt feel crowded. The condo conviniently located on 3rd floor of the building right above the ticketing kiosk. With your ski boots on, you can have your favorite cup of coffee, watch the news and relax at your rentable space. Very convenient! We loved this space!

Perfection!

We traveled to the area for a multi-day cycling event with our team. The condo was everything that it promised and more! Perfect for large groups! We had previously stayed at the hotel, but this offered access to all the amenties we were used to (including the pools, hot tubs, and smores nights) in a luxurious "home" setting. We will definelty be back next year!

GREAT place for large family/group in the Catskills

Hosts were FABULOUS, very warm, generous and communicative. Their place is unique and GORGEOUS— a high-end mountain cabin feel with all the luxuries! Perfect for groups of friends or extended family!!! TWO large, spacious, master suites. Comfortable beds. AWESOME tall bunks the kids LOVED ( think lots of cousins bunking together- such fun)!! Clean home with easy elevator access. A WONDERFUL experience!!!

Hiking Club Trip

Our hiking club from Texas decided to come to The Catskills to hike and we found this wonderful property. The location was close to all of our hiking and sightseeing destinations as well as good places to eat. The kitchen was well appointed and served our needs very well. Since we did not have any children, we had to put adults in the bunk beds, but we only used the lower bunks and it worked out fine. The place is beautiful and very quiet in the summer. The host got back with us right away any time we had questions.

Best condo on the mountain

Myself and 13 friends stayed here for Mountain Jam 2012. I can't say enough about this condo. It was very spacious, clean, well designed and met all our needs and then some. With out a doubt this is the best place to stay on the mountain. The proximity of the condo made the festival even better. You are right in the middle of it all. The day after we left everyone was talking about wanting to come back. Thanks Tad!

Very nice and clean!

We enjoyed the location which was perfect for skiing and tubing. We did have to drive to the pool, but it wasn’t an indoor pool. Although it was heated, the majority of the pool was outside. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. It was so clean and we felt right at home immediately. Tad was helpful and very quick to answer any questions. We had a wonderful time!

The pool is a quick walk, but some prefer to go by car especially when there is a lot of traffic and snow. The pool has an indoor portion, perfect for toddlers and parents, which is connected to the outdoor pool.

Overwhelmed by this place..

My family just can't get over it.We are still postin pics about this fabulous condo and plan to go again very soon. If you need to book it , don't think twice , just do it.You will not regret.All you have to carry is your clothes .They have everything available to make you feel at home. Thank you so much. The yearlong renovation of this condo was initiated by my desire to have a rustic yet convenient condo that I could entertain big groups. Every part of the condo is custom to the rustic ski chalet themes. And, Yes, all you will need is your change of clothes !!
