Perfectly located just seconds off I-26, steps away from Downtown Johnson City, and just a short bike's ride to JC's new mountain bike park - Tannery Knobs. This property includes a huge front deck with chairs, fire pit, national forest style grill, covered bike rack, and access to our on-site coin/card operated laundry machines. **Please note we do not provide a TV in this home!**

Tranquil retreat

We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the attention to detail and found the overall experience to be one of tranquility and a much needed calm space. We will definitely be booking again when in Johnson City.

Casual modern, super clean, close to campus

You can practically see Centennial Hall from the driveway of this place, so it’s ideal for visiting parents. The decor was comfy white and airy, in a spacious one-bedroom that vastly beats a hotel room. Communication was great, too.

Tiny little 1br apartment in small apartment complex. Very cool setup, freshly remodeled, record player and some vinyl (big plus!) and Brent was awesome with his communications. Was perfect for my 4 day work visit.

Convenient to Downtown JC and highway

Small, clean, and efficiently arranged, with quality materials (including kitchenware). Would stay again. Light sleepers beware of nearby highway noise and heater/AC above bed.

There were many nice things about our stay but I am most obsessed with the bed! The linens were SO soft and the mattress and pillows were great as well. I liked the quality of shampoo/body wash. I wish we had time to sit out by the fire pit it was very pretty.

Very unique spot

We enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient. Neighbors were really loud Friday night until about midnight. Rugs were a little dirty. Bed was comfy. We wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine for a night or two. We’d prefer to be closer to campus.

This small apartment met our needs for our stay during our recent mission trip to Johnson City. Booking process was simple. The apartment was easily accessible by a flight of stairs. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and ease of travel, since it was literally right off I-26, which allowed ease of travel to our worksites,Thank you to our community manager was readily accessible to answer our questions, picked up dirty towels and provided us with more towels as we needed.Enjoyed having the fridge to chill our water and keep some snacks as well. We were able to eat at some of the local restaurants that were nearby and enjoy the local cuisine.Enjoyed our departure process too! This was just what we needed to allow us to rest after a day at the construction worksite.Thank you!

Very comfortable

Everything was as expected except for the flight 27 steps there is to enter the apartment. I have knee trouble and had difficulty with this. Everything else was wonderful.

I stayed at your rental unit while I attended the Eagles Wing Motorcycle Association. It was very comfortable and affordable. EWMA of Tennessee will e holding their Ride-In down there in Johnson City next year-date to be determined. I will recommend your VRBO to others that will be coming to the Ride-In. This minimalist property was well appointed with everything we needed. I feel that how to best use the space was very well thought out. We appreciated the hot showers, comfortable bed and good quality linens. The apartment was super clean. Special thanks to Jason who was very prompt and helpful in assisting me with questions and accommodating our needs.

As described for the most part

Check in process was easy. Should be noted that there are two flights of stairs from the parking lot to the apartment . Also occupants above & exterior entrance/stairs can be noisy. Location is okay but with traffic it isn’t exactly “within walking distance” of downtown. It would be nice to have a curtain between the living room & bedroom . Large deck is shared with other occupants. Overall seemed clean.

Perfection and Connection

If we could give 12 stars, we would. A pleasure. Perfect in every way. Enjoy the fire pit, checked out the basement laundry, which didn’t eventually pan out, but that’s OK. Great communication from the owner and he appreciated our feedback, especially that it was AFFORDABLE. If everyone could keep their rentals affordable, everyone would be happy. We appreciate the simplicity and aesthetics, attention to detail and cleanliness. ** Would absolutely stay here again because we plan to visit Johnson City, Tennessee again. Fell in love with Tennessee and each other.. starting here. Thanks !! ♾️ gratitude

We contacted the property manager about a broken window blind and toilet seat (with photos) . He responded in a timely way and offered a 50% refund because he was not in a position to fix any if this during our stay. After that communication we noticed a ring in the tub and beyond filthy rugs. All of this resulted in an uncomfortable stay. Since offering the refund we have not heard from the host, nor has he responded to messages or refunded any portion of the cost of our stay.
