Very responsive after booking, perfect 3 bedroom very convenient to downtown. The beds were extremely comfortable and that was a blessing. We are super pleased an can't say enough about this place, safe and comfy place to rest your head. We will book again for sure.

Ideal location for motorcyclists! My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend while we were in the area to ride some of the southern dozen. It's a quick 5min or less walk to downtown to restaurants and bars. The apartment is perfectly QUIET and the apt entrance is the only one on the backside of the building - so we could see our motorcycle right outside the door, yet it's hidden from the street which made my husband very happy. Very comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. Would be ideal for 2 couples or two gents with each getting their own bedroom and bathroom. Def would stay again!

Comfortable space and good location related to downtown area. Highly recommend. The surrounding couple blocks is a little less than classy, but we felt save enough and the area seems to be improving.

The posting looked better than the actual place. It was nice enough but once you were actually there the issues popped up. First was that there was no laundry facilities in the suite even tho the listing said there was. Once the manager was contacted he gave us a key to the on site laundry that was shared with Other tenants. Secondly - no dishwasher either, and no tv in the main bedroom. And no soap in either bathroom, which was weird. I went and bought my own. Parking was good. And the beds were excellent

Long weekend in JC

We enjoyed our long weekend in JC. The apartment was clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. It is a great location- close to nice restaurants, ETSU, and outdoor activities. We will stay here again.

Awesome convenience to downtown amenities. Neighborhood is a bit depressed, but is safe for family walks to the downtown area.

Wouldn’t suggest for family or light sleepers

Place is cute but it is small, if you’re a little on the big side it’s very tight in the showers, no fault of the owner but this property is right next to train tracks. All night long every 1-2 hours was the sound of very long freight trains slowing down through town blasting air horns it was very difficult to sleep. It is close to town and there were many options for eating but the first two blocks of the walk are a little sketchy, not a great neighborhood for walking at night. The property manager did offer to bring ear plugs by for us I can’t sleep with them in my ears so I didn’t have him bring them by. Right across the street is an auto shop with two truck and we could hear them returning with a car in tow right around 2am. This place was just too loud for us.

Good visit

My friends and I were in town for a college basketball tournament and stayed here, unit was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, clean and convenient.It was only few minute drive to basketball arena but short walk to a great brewery, coffee shop and several restaurants. I’m having issue with an old email associated with my VRBO account but property manager very responsive via text and new email.

Absolutely LOVED staying here ! My family and I had the best experience. Super comfy beds and very cute decor. Amazing customer service. I will definitely book again !!! If I could give 10 stars I would ! Highly recommend especially if you are visiting for ETSU! Super close to everything!!

Nice option with easy access to downtown

Property is one block off of downtown but surrounded by some very rundown properties which made it interesting coming in at night. Communications with owner were timely and detailed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Comfortable bedding. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in both bathrooms. Nice selection of vinyl records and coffee pods for Keurig. The kitchen cabinets and floors are not the cleaniest. Very sticky. Dishes are in good shape but pans and utensils were not in good shape. Air conditioning doesn’t keep rooms as cool especially when doors are closed. Just a few things to be aware of.

Short stay

Was in town for a funeral. The property was as advertised. Neat and nice. I’d recommend. Close to downtown and bars and restaurants.

Wonderful Christmas vacation

The warm inviting rental was a pleasure to stay in. The 3/2 layout worked well for us and the location couldn’t be better. We took several walks around to the Christmas trees that were decorated in the public parks and also walked to a great nearby playground several times. The biggest surprise was that the laundry facility was a laundromat over a mile away. We are used to something either in the unit or at least in the building. That was a relatively minor point however and we would be happy to stay here again. We even got to show our kids what a record player is, and they loved it!

Great downtown JC stay

property is in a great location and the listing and pics are accurate. Clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything you need in a charming 3-bedroom unit. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks, (the coffee maker and record player were special surprises that put it over the top)!
