New Chalet "L'Amont du Nant"

New and modern chalet of 100m2, very luminous, in a quiet area offering a clear view on the Mont Blanc range and the surrounding forest.

The chalet is located 1.5 km from the centre of Combloux (biotope water park, pumptrack playground, bakeries, shops and restaurants), 8 minutes by car from the start of the Combloux slopes and 10 minutes from Megève.
Chamonix is 30 km away, Geneva 65 km and Annecy 80 km.

Total capacity of the chalet: 8 people, 6 beds.

Built on 2 levels, the ground floor of the chalet consists of a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a cathedral living room facing Mont Blanc. This living space is completed by a laundry room and an independent WC.
On the garden level, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a bathroom (bathtub+WC), a double bedroom and a 4-bed dormitory form the rest area. A sauna, a shower room and a separate toilet complete this floor.

A closed garage equipped to store ski equipment and parking spaces are located next to the chalet.

The price includes linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, bath towels and tea towels), Wi-Fi access and cleaning at the end of your stay.
Optional cleaning during your stay is available on request for €25/hour.

A baby bed (cot), a high chair, a changing mat and children's crockery are available in the chalet.
