Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment with 3 rooms located in Stella Plage with a balcony south facing. It s in residence of 4 apartments in a very calm area. There is a private access to the apartment on the ground floor and you can park your car next to then front door.
It is a renovated apartment with two bedroom, a kitchen and living room comprising : Electrolux induction hob, Whirlpool dishwater, Brandt oven and microwave, Electrolux fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner.
The living-dining room has a table and 4 chairs, a buffet cabinet , a red leather sofa and armchair, a tv 110 and 3 pull-out-tables.
The bathroom has a large shower, sink cabinet and washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom.
The staircase is equipped with a child safety barrier. Highchair provided. Both bedrooms are equipped with new bedding, with mattresses of 22 cm (bedding 140), one with a wardrobe, the other with a dresser (duvets on both beds)
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is equipped with a good internet connection.
Located 800m from the beach, 5km from Le Touquet and 7km from Etaples.
700m from the apartment you will find : a pharmacy, fishmonger, butcher, bakery, a newsagent's shop and a small Intermarché. Super Intermarché in Cucq 1,8km away.
There is a cleaning fee of 50€ to be paid on arrival.
Dogs are allowed : supplement 20€ per animal to be paid on arrival.
The metal cabinet is reserved for our personal use as well as the bed trunk.
Minimum rental 5 nights from November to March and 7 nights from April to October.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment only en the balcony.
