Family friendly property with relaxing views. 3 BR 2 1/2 bath home. Minutes from town, golf course, State Park and hunting and fishing. Kitchen is on the east with patio doors to a large outdoor patio with a gas grill. High speed internet is available for people who need to check in with work remotely. Pet friendly property however pets are not allowed on the furniture nor in the upstairs bedrooms and they must not be left unattended in my home.

Overall, our stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The outdoor space was lovely. We especially enjoyed all of the bird watching with all of the feeders and natural habitats (one member of our party even saw one of her "life birds" so that made even more special).

Perfect Stay for TBF Junior World Finals

We recently stayed here for the TBF Junior World Finals, and this house could not have been more perfect! It was extremely clean from top to bottom, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home.We cooked a lot during our stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed—all the dishes, utensils, and cookware—plus a grill for easy meals. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone had space to relax after long days on the water.The location is fantastic—close to town, groceries, and the local park where weigh-ins were held, and just a short drive to Lake Oahe for the tournament.The owner was wonderful to work with, communicated quickly, and even checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.Honestly, you’re wasting your time if you’re looking for a better place to stay than this. It made our trip stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our gathering,loved the location! Colette way very responsive to questions & all were answered quickly. House was extremely clean & had everything we could possibly need,they have thought of everything. Even dog friendly which was great. I highly recommend this property!

Outstanding

There are very few choices for a family of 4 in Pierre. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Colette is awesome, responsive and so accommodating. The view from the balcony is amazing, overlooking the river. The grounds are immaculate. Thanks for allowing us to partake in this lovely home!

Peaceful week stay

This was my second week-long stay at this property. I travel to Pierre almost monthly for work and usually stay at a hotel in town but in June when I tried to book a hotel stay all of the better ones were blocked or booked up. Luckily this property was available so I booked it and some coworkers did stay a couple of nights with me that first stay because of the hotel situation. I had no complaints at all from my stay! I obviously loved it enough to book it again and will book it again when I travel back. It was nice being so close to Farm Island. I brought my bike and took Lewis and Clark Trail into Pierre to work a couple of mornings and enjoyed walks in the evenings. I cooked most nights but was still close enough that DoorDash delivered. The property was perfect and Colette was the best host.

Fishing trip stay

My brothers and Dad stayed for 3 days and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. We loved the view of the river and the kitchen was well stacked to cook our fish each day! Colette was very accommodating to work with.

The views up and down the river and of Hipple Lake are amazing! Travelers can enjoy sunrise and sunset relaxation as well as lights off stargazing! Property has space for horses with lodge pole fencing, automatic waterer and a 3-sided shelter.
